  I have been to this store 4 times and the customer service is laughable. The employees not only act like they would rather be anywhere else, they have the personality of cinder blocks and they have exactly zero urgency. I will never go back there.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at the AutoZone on Monroe & Secor in Toledo. I went in to exchange a part that had been sent to me incorrectly for the **fourth time**. Because it was late, there were no more deliveries available, so I simply needed to swap the part. When I walked in, I asked for Commercial, but no one responded. After a short wait, Assistant Manager Rosalyn came over and asked if I was looking for Commercial. I told her yes and calmly explained that I was there to exchange the part for the fourth time. Without any provocation, she immediately became confrontational and accused me of raising my voice, which I was not doing. She repeatedly told me not to come in with an attitude and said it wasn't her fault another store had sent the wrong part. At no point was I yelling or being disrespectful. She was the only person escalating the conversation. I eventually told her, "I'm not your child, so please don't talk to me like I am." She continued speaking to me in the same disrespectful manner, so I ended the conversation by telling her I was done talking. I understand mistakes happen, and I wasn't upset with this store about the incorrect parts. What disappointed me was the way I was treated by someone in a management position. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they're dealing with repeated issues that weren't their fault. I hope management addresses this because no customer should be spoken to that way.

  Total lifesavers. Super friendly as well. Couldn't find what I needed anywhere else and they made the whole process super painless and straightforward.
