  I was very impressed! I came to this Laskey location and the shop was ran by a female crew. I didn’t think the ladies could put in my battery, but she proved me wrong. The ladies were very attentive and they serviced me well! I will be coming back to this location for any future services.

  I bought a battery for $200+ dollars, it went out 4 months later and the battery goes out again. The cashier in the store blamed it on the cold weather but the first battery went out in the summer. He then proceeded to tell me that the battery is cheap. Over $200 for a car battery is not cheap so it must be the quality of what’s being sold at Auto zone, people the Representative said they’re selling cheap products so you should not go where $200 on a battery and the one purchased and the one that replaced it only last 4 months. They give replacement batteries that are also no good and they talk about a warranty 🧏🏽‍♀️ 2 batteries from auto zone and neither lasted a year for $200+ dollars. Yes I’m pissed and Auto Zone sales garbage according to the workers

  I was having problems with my battery. Heidi helped me make sure the issue was with my battery, and not another component. She was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

  I want to take a moment to recognize the team that helped me on the evening of December 16. After having to have my fiancees car jump started to get it out of the oil change location. They took the time in the frigid cold to test and install a new battery in time for me to get her from work. I am grateful for their efforts and wanted to say thank you.
