  As a very loyal, very frequent Autozone customer, I’ve seen it all. Many knowledgeable and informative employees, down to brand new employees training or not so knowledgeable employee’s….. What I witnessed today honestly might be the final straw to make me stop going to Autozone all together, and give another parts store chain my business! On my last visit, Alan (a supposed manager) was slower than molasses, but that is able to be worked with… fast forward to tonight’s interaction… when I say Alan was rude and disrespectful, I don’t mean he said one thing or had a tone for a second….. he was yelling at the newer employee for asking questions, belittling him in front of a store full of customers, and treated him like a toddler, just because he tried to move customers along instead of letting them sit for 25+ minutes. The guy behind me needed a simple code ran on his car, while I had a complex transaction. Alan yelled at the other Employee yet again, for asking if he wanted to run the code or take over for him… IT LITERALLY WAS SO BAD THAT I, an Autozone customer and NOT an employee, told the customer and new employee that I had my code reader in my truck and I would diagnose his issue for him, just to take pressure off the newer hire, and to stop Alan from intimidating and belittling his subordinate IN FRONT OF MYSELF AND AT ONE POINT FOUR OTHER CUSTOMERS. I’ve had a lot of negative experiences that I’ve never spoke about (as well as a lot of positive), but today’s service by Alan and Alan alone could quite literally make me never return. I’ve never felt so bad for someone, and this isn’t one persons opinion, 2 other customers in the store with me also said how uncomfortable it was

  I didn’t catch her name, but the woman working (who I believe was a manager?) was great! Very friendly, ran my check engine code quickly and was happy to help. She is also knowledgeable and suggested it was something I could do myself by just cleaning the sensor first with this spray they sell and if that didn’t work then replace the sensor but it was worth trying because it happens often. I would have never even tried it to open the hood much less locate, remove, and clean a sensor if she didn’t mention it! She saved me a lot of money (it worked!) and I appreciate that so much that I needed to come leave her a review. Thank you!!!!

  I arrived at 8:55 & the old guy yelled we’re closed & started walking towards me really fast with a nasty looking face although the door was OPEN for customers!
