  These guys are great. Exceptional customer service. I had a bolt in my tire and they got me right in and were able to fix it.

  The lads at Tiffin Monroe went BEYOND what was expected in their efforts to help me. I had no appointment, but they made the time for me, diagnosed what the situation waa with my car, and devoted time and energy to my issues, while still doing their other duties and appointments that were there before me. I have dealt with Monro before with mixed results, but I have nothing but compliments and glowing reviews for the crew and their efforts/skills. The group at that facility are all A+!!

  Okay for starters i use to LOVE THIS PLACE. It's pretty expensive, but its close to home and was my go to for my fixes in my jeep. I can confidently say I will never step foot in here again and wouldnt even trust them to change the oil in my car. Car sat here for two days and only began to be touched because I started to play phone tag and get upset with them. I said several times not to touch my breaks, that they were fine and they called to tell me they weren't sure what the squeaking is yet, because my breaks were fine. In short, I had to pay for rides for my child to and from school for 2 days now, and my car is still as broke as when I left it there. I also gave them the benefit of the doubt and was going to schedule an appt for a later date, because 2 days without a car? I now have to work, and have exhausted all ride resources. Sadly, in the process of scheduling a later date for the car, decided to cancel that route entirely because they weren't exactly very friendly for 1 and 2 I caught them in a lie about my car being test drove more than 1x, I was aware the car was being taken out a 3rd time for a test drive (i spoke to them on the phone 3x today) and the person at the counter told me it was test driven 1x yesterday only, I was also told there was PLENTY of mechanics in today and I would be taken care of when i called at 10am. There is legit only 2 people working today when I get there. The guy in the waiting room literally asked him if he was alone today or and he said just him and another guy 😭 if these people were more transparent and honest with me about my vehicle I'd have come back for repairs, they might want to work on that and customer service skills for real tho. I get frustration , but you lost a customer that pays well with no questions asked today💅

  I had a flat tire on my trip from Florida to Michigan . I called Munro at 4:00 on a Friday and Mr. Blackwell told me to come in and get the new tire I needed to get home. He couldn't have been more known and and helpful. He saved me from a stressful situation as a senior woman traveling alone. Tiffin Ohio Munro is the best!

  Slowest service i have seen out if a shop in a long time the only place slower is Walmart in Findlay appointment made for 330 checked in early at 3 pm guy says its going to be 45 mins and an hour later truck still not in for a simple tire plug I have worked in this industry and could have done did 2 oil changes and a brake job faster than they can do a tire plug
