It was a claim through insurance, but both parties were easy to deal with and the process was seamless. TCC customer service was excellent! I received regular updates on the process, and expected completion date. The staff was very courteous and detailed.

When I was down there and at there door they did not even think to come out to even say hi. 1 week later my apartment came up and I made a call to them to cancel my appointment. The people on the outher side of the phone sounds annoyed to have me call. My phone call with them was 51 seconds before they hung up on me. Im disappointed in the customer care and will not use this place for any further repairs. I see talmage collision has responded. If you are willing to pervide me with an email I will be happy to reach out. I do not know what 'management email' is
