From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was amazing - they truly care about their customers. I am still in awe about how they were able to fix all of the damage - my car actually looks brand new.
- KKKatie KubiakAug 24, 20265.0🚘 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 🚘 If I could rate this place more stars I would! I got into an unfortunate collision with a deer and my car needed some serious front end work. Tallmadge Collision was ON IT. The initial assessment and look over was quick and easy with a professional that walked me through everything. The whole shop was excellent at communication, especially the girl at the front desk who was making and taking the calls for us. Not only was she sweet and helpful, but she was knowledgeable as well. When she didn't have an answer I needed, she would ask around and get back to me quickly! The time frame given initially seemed like a long time, but my car also needed a lot of work and I would rather wait for quality work than to have them rush through for my convenience. They called with updates on how things were going and let me know when they ran into issues they didn't anticipate. Again, the communication was excellent 👌 When my car was done, they talked about the issues in more detail and made sure we did a proper look over before leaving. I was absolutely thrilled with everything they did. It looked better than it did before the accident! They washed it, waxed it, and **here's the best part**: they cleaned and detailed the inside! The inside wasn't affected by the incident AT ALL, and yet, they cleaned that as well! That was a VERY pleasant surprise for this busy Mom, who was already overwhelmed by the whole accident. Again, I can't recommend this place enough. The people, the work, the communication, and the quality of assistance. ALL the stars! *Photos added are after the accident*

Both the office manager and the estimator didn't blink and were very positive. They vacuumed the van inside and the automatic door that was replaced and painted sparkled like new.

I was expecting for the whole process to be a huge hassle, but they were very informative, helpful, and worked so well with the insurance and car rental companies that I felt like royalty. My car turned out beautiful and I am grateful they made the experience as stress free as possible.
