  Dan and his staff at the Tallmadge location made it so easy to rent a car! I felt like I was taken care of and they made the transaction smooth and fast!

  Talk about a difference in working with people who actually care about the brand of the company and the people they service! Dan Quiring and Abigail Pochie saved me from never using Enterprise again. I had an inexcusable experience at the Enterprise Streetsboro location earlier today (there’s a review), and I was prepared to take any future personal or professional business to a different t agency. Glad I didn’t do that and reached out to the Tallmadge location. They proved to me it was not an Enterprise issue - just poor customer service.

  I’m not sure how to copy my review on West Avenue location so I’m just going to say that the West Ave., Thomas location was awesome. Tia, the young lady that actually rented the car to me was very awesome along with Daniel Maurer & The entire team that was at West Avenue. The day that I rented the vehicle, my wait time was very short. I received the most courteous service from everybody at the branch, even right down to the bay guy who was doing the cleaning of the cars. Everyone was courteous. Everyone offered me a beverage of water or something to drink and when I return the car, I set for a little while because I had to wait on a ride to pick me up and again the same courteous service nothing more and nothing less just great customer service they rock.. All the customers coming end received the same treatment.,My New go to location will be the West Ave, Tallmadge branch. The branch at 271 West Market st are a bunch of miserable, drained rude employees who are burnt out and offer terrible customer service. They’re requesting documents that Tyler the district manager over the building stated wasn’t required and I have been renting for years with enterprise. Steer clear of this location unless it is an emergency and when you do have a problem call and report it. Lets get rid of the people that want to make rules for some and have a difference set of rules for others.
