  Associates were incredibly helpful. I had arranged a rental vehicle through my dealership. Went to the dealership first to drop my personal vehicle off for service. Within 10 minutes upon arriving at the Enterprise building, was back on the road. I had done all the 'paperwork' online the night before so it was literally in and out. Would definitely use again. I also found out that Enterprise has a dealership. They sell vehicles that were previously used as rentals. Will be looking into that next time I need another vehicle for another teenage driver! Thanks Enterprise for a great experience.

  This place is always extremely understaffed and the manager all but refuses to help. They had an awesome asst manager but sent him to Fremont and since then it’s a joke. Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes no matter what. We called and asked if we get a discount returning a day early and were told yes. We just dropped it off. When I showed up only 2 people were in front of me. It took over 30 mins to get to me. During this time the line grows to 7, everyone is complaining and the phones didn’t stop ringing for 15 mins. The kicker? The manager is sitting in her office looking at her cell phone. I start staring and she shuts the door. No apology to customers, no assisting her lack of staff and god forbid she answers a phone. Then guess what? We were misinformed and do NOT get any discount returning it early. This is our final straw. We will gladly drive to DETROIT if we had to instead of here as it would like be just as quick. Terrible service and even worse management. I’m sure the excuse will be she was looking at reporting or doing something else but being a business owner myself - that’s not how good managers operate. You cannot completely neglect a long line of customers and a phone that rang for over 15 minutes. 3 people in line said they were only there cause Alexis is out of cars and they are shocked cause it’s never like this there. That’s the difference in good vs poor management. Caring vs not caring.

  Excellent service and a great experience! The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The customer service was outstanding, and everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. Honestly, this is the best Enterprise branch in the area. The team is welcoming, efficient, and always willing to help. I highly recommend this location and will definitely come back again!

  Made reservations online and call the location and talk to aman to make sure car is available and i was told its available. I went to location 15 min later another agent cole was name i think. He Said car was not available. We had to tell him that we just talk to someone and he then his mood was off and then he was looking at computers and after couple minutes car was there even though he said it was not. Car was dirty inside and outside, had a bad smoke smell even though it was smoke free car. We were told to return car with full gas even though car did not have full tank at pickup

  They required us to fill the tank completely before returning the car, even though the tank wasn’t full when I received it. Keep in mind, I only had the car for one night and drove it from home to work, which is only about 2 miles. I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect me to pay to fill an entire tank when I didn’t receive the car with a full tank in the first place. Especially considering this was supposed to be a hybrid vehicle, which should have much better fuel efficiency and mileage.
