  From the day that the driver came and picked me up over at Dave White Collision and she was fabulous. I forgot her name but she was absolutely a gem to talk to. Glasses I think short hair she was wonderful., the manager there is phenomenal and Alex. Things just move so quickly and with ease, if I ever need a loaner car again I'm coming here first! They are kind and considerate, and they found a car very similar to the one that I had to take over it Dave White collision for a little bit. Thank you so much Enterprise on Central avenue I'm going to bring you folks in some goodies!

  What I really liked most about my recent car rental experience with Enterprise was the superior level of customer support that the management and staff members extending to me throughout the entire one-day rental: they were expedient with registering me with a vehicle right away as I walked in; they were very courteous, friendly, helpful, and polite; they secured a vehicle for me that met my health and mobility needs; and, they took the time to transport me to/from the car repair facility while my own car was being repaired. Thanks again, gentlemen, for extending such wonderful level of customer care! 🎈

  Don't waste your time on a Sunday. Had a simple question. Called 2 times, both times I was disconnected after bieng on hold 5min then 8min. I drove there since it took less time than the wait on the phone. 8 people waiting and not a soul at the desk. Quickly figured out why they don't answer the phone.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Central Ave location in Sylvania Township. I rented a car for four months, and throughout that time, all the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They made everything smooth and easy, and I truly appreciated their support whenever I needed assistance. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service.

  Great employees. Lousy cars. LOcal pick up (Toledo) First car had a bad wheel bearing. After calling Enterprise roadside assistance, they told us they had reserved another vehicle for us at the local airport where we were vacationing (Pensacola, FL., 45 minutes away) . We drive to the airport only to find out there wasn't a reservation and they had no vehicles. We called Roadside assistance from the airport. Again "no worries" was what we were told. "We have reserved a car for you at another location in town. You're all set. "our apologies for the inconvenience." We drive 15 minutes to that location only to find out they don't have any vehicles and roadside assistance doesn't know what vehicles are getting worked on, oil changes, etc... We found an enterprise location on our own. They swapped us into a different vehicle. However, this vehicle had three matching tires and one that was different so the 800 mile trip back home was a very noticeable "thudding" noise coming from the one tire with different tread. Apparently, no one told Enterprise when you replace a tire, replace them in pairs. The employees at all the locations, and even those on the phone couldn't have been any more pleasant. The cars are lousy.
