  Made an appointment for 5:30 rush to get here after work the doors are locked and no one is here even though the site says that they are open until 7:00. Customer service made me an appointment for another location and then transferred me to them without speaking to them first and they said can't help you got four tickets in front of you. I will not be going back here

  After small issue with the air-conditioning service equipment at the Strongsville store, they immediately called the Berea store And were able to help me same day. This is the kind of customer service that keeps a customer coming back. Thank you!

  I was in a bad situation with a nail in the side of my tire. I was able to get my vehicle to their shop and had new tires in a short time frame. They had my size in stock. They were pleasant to work with and got me set up quickly and the price was amazing!

  Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had when getting my oil changed. When scheduling my appointment I gave the person my vehicle information who quoted me a base price of $49.99 to get my oil changed. I showed up to my appointment on time and they began right away. I was shown my air filter and how dirty it was and said it was okay to change it. After waiting 2 hours for my car to be completed for just an oil change and tire rotation, I was informed that the total was $218 and some change. I expressed my concern for such a high price and mentioned that I would probably not be returning in the future. The service tech who was cashing me out got upset with that statement and told me " just go. I'll pay for it myself!" I said no. I have no problem paying for the service that I received. I'm just expressing the fact that it is overpriced and I will not be returning. He then proceeded to retrieve his wallet from the office. Came out basically pushed me out of the way to try to pay for it himself. I had to push him back. When he walked away he threw his metal wallet and credit card across the room and walked away. The manager was standing there and wouldn't missed the whole thing and simply said " he's just like that sometimes" to which I responded that it was completely unprofessional and I would be reporting it. I called corporate or whoever not even sure if that's who it was... They advised me that they would be calling me back. I still have yet to receive a phone call back. Also my car is making a terrible vibration now and I have to take it to a different garage to get it looked at. 100% the worst experience ever.

  We had an appointment that we made online for the Brunswick location at 7:30 am on May 28 to wait for car and no workers showed up . Waited till 8 am and then left and called service center . They couldn’t get a hold of Brunswick location either at that time or again at 9 am. Wasted our time for this appointment. Ended up rescheduling w Strongsville location the next day who said online system overbooked and would be 3 hours to get us in, even tho I had scheduled on the phone w their location and had 8 am appointment . When my husband said never mind , They told him one mechanic would squeeze us In. Then they didn’t have right kind of oil for car and had to wait for them to get it from another location . We gave kind of car when set up appointment so not sure why it wasn’t t available. Manager at Strongsville was wonderful tho and very kind.
