  0/5 stars. While my car was in the shop, I came here to get a rental so I could return to work until my car was done. After making an appointment and checking in with my driver's license details online, I was told upon arrival that because my license was from another state that they would only accept a credit card (in my name) as payment with an additional $300 temporary deposit. I Proudly don't have a credit card and this business refused debit, thus losing my business and earning this review.

  Forced to accept a cheap garbage rental because the other party’s insurance will only pay for that level is a lame excuse for providing a vehicle we physically had difficulty getting in and out of. Even worse was the dirty conditions of food crumbs and an old dirty pill box in the glove box with pills that would put me in jail if I was pulled over and searched. The inside of the front windshield was so dirty I couldn’t see to drive at night. I wish there was competition to choose from, but enterprise seems to be the only one.

  Working with Enterprise in Strongsville feels personal. I was personally greeted and remembered. The car was wonderful, but not really the deciding factor, since most rental cars are nice. The difference is the top-notch personal service.

  First car they gave me smelled like smoke. I thought it would go away but it was embedded into the seats. I drove it for like 50 miles before I started having chest pains due to asthma. The second car they replaced that car with had a non working key fob (I even changed the battery), requires manual locking and unlocking, and you have to reach over the seat to open the passenger door because the driver unlock button doesn’t unlock them all. I am giving two stars instead of one because the lady I spoke with on the phone in between the first and second car was extremely helpful and gave great customer service. They did send a worker 30 mins to my house to change out car which was extremely appreciated. So my overall review is really good REACTIVE customer service but poor quality of cars and poor quality checks. I also would have appreciated being notified that the key fob doesn’t work. It’s a newer car, so I wouldn’t expect it not to work.

  Lexie at the Strongsville office was friendly and helpful. The entire process, from renting to returning was quick, easy, and efficient. I will definitely rent from Enterprise again, and highly recommend them to others!
