The staff at Streetsboro NTB is absolutely amazing. There was a minor issue with my car and they went above and beyond to correct it. Customer service is easy when everything is going well, but exceptional customer service is required when everything seems to go wrong. That's what Streetsboro NTB had and I would recommend them to anyone.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am extremely grateful for the kindness and compassion I received at NTB National Tire & Battery in Streetsboro. I am a Disabled Veteran living on a fixed monthly income from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and sometimes it can be very difficult to make ends meet. I had already dealt with a flat tire just two days ago, and today I unexpectedly found myself with another flat tire. I explained my situation to the manager and let him know that my funds were very limited. Instead of simply turning me away or treating me like just another customer, the manager listened and showed genuine compassion. He was able to help me with a discount so that I could afford a tire, get safely back on the road, and make it home. That act of kindness meant more to me than he probably realizes. When you’re already struggling financially, an unexpected car repair can feel overwhelming. Having someone willing to work with you and show a little humanity makes a tremendous difference. Thank you to the manager and the team at NTB in Streetsboro for helping this Veteran when I truly needed it. I highly recommend this location and sincerely appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service I received. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars and my heartfelt thanks!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with the customer service at Nation Tire & Battery. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and felt like my business actually mattered. Larrietta, the manager, was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I understood what was being done. The mechanics, Bob and Dale, also deserve recognition. They were knowledgeable, hardworking, and took the time to make sure the job was done right. They treated me with honesty and respect and never made me feel like I was just another customer. It's refreshing to find a team that works together and genuinely cares about their customers. Larrietta, Bob, and Dale are a great representation of what customer service should be. I would definitely recommend Nation Tire & Battery to anyone looking for honest service, good communication, and people who take pride in their work.
