  I wish I could leave more stars. I began having tire issues on the turnpike. I passed three tire shops on the way to these guys, and no one had the tire size I needed. NTB was busy, the phone ringing off the hook, when I walked through the door, and the store manager Larrietta handled everything with so much grace and patience. I was ecstatic when she told me they had my tire in stock. The entire process was so simple and easy. Great service, even though I was almost an hour from home, I will come here to get my tires from now on.

  Construction debris in Streetsboro tried to ruin our day, but NTB Tire came through big time! Huge shoutout to manager Larrietta and Shawn the technician for getting us taken care of so quickly. Awesome energy, great vibes all around, and we were in and out in no time. Customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you guys for saving the day! 👏🚗🛞

  Picked up a chunk of metal on the road. Pulled in right before the closed and Larrietta was able to get us in to get the tire patched to get us back on the road within 20 minutes. Highly recommend them! Shawn was able to patch the tire quickly!

  We got 4 new tires for our car and Larrietta helped us so much knowledgeand great deals that we brought our car back to get the wheel barring done!! She's truly been amazing there mechanics are amazing and I highly recommend her and this place if anyone needs any kind of work done!!

  I came in because I went to another place to get my oil changed and they used conventional instead of full synthetic oil and my car was running so sluggish. When I arrived I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly faces. The manager (Larrietta) was amazing! She walked me through everything they were going to do and it was even more affordable than the place I went before. The technician (Sean) worked fast and efficiently and had me back on the road in no time. I will definitely be bringing my car back here to get my services done in the future! Great job!
