  I had to use Enterprise twice for vehicle repair. The first time they were very nice, it was a smooth process. The second time I used them was because the repair shop didn’t properly fix my vehicle the first time. They were contacted when I arrived at the repair shop. Even though they had no clue I needed a rental, they came to pick me up within minutes. Tanner was great! I get to enterprise and got checked in, then I’m told that the repair shop hasn’t sent over the needed paperwork. They called and was told it will be sent soon, and that the one sending it was currently in a meeting. An hour goes by and nothing. During this time Tanner and Tristan called and sent messages trying to get an update. It was a few days before the holiday weekend, and they were getting busy. They still attended to me even though they had customers coming inside and calling. They were so nice and apologized many times, even though this issue was not their fault. Very polite and friendly. I would go back there just to deal with Tanner and Tristan. Hands down one of the best if not the best experience I have had with a car rental company. They were 10/10, would recommend the Streetsboro location everytime!

  We had both of our cars unexpectedly need to be taken to the dealership on the same day. We needed a car in a hurry. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Tristan was incredible. Super helpful and friendly.

  I would like to give special recognition to Tristan Long at Enterprise in Streetsboro for the incredible way he treated us and handled our situation. From the beginning of our rental experience before our trip to Mississippi, Tristan made us feel valued and cared for. When we ran into unexpected technical issues with our van, he responded with patience, compassion, and a true willingness to help. He took the time to listen, understand what we were going through, and made sure we knew we were not alone in the process. What stood out the most was that Tristan continued to follow up and make sure everything was being handled. His commitment, communication, and genuine concern went far beyond what I expected. Returning the vehicle, we were once again met with the same kindness and professionalism. Tristan’s attitude, heart, and dedication represent the best of what customer service should be. Thank you, Tristan, for turning a difficult situation into one where we felt supported and appreciated. Your efforts truly made a difference, and because of the way you treated us, Enterprise has gained a customer who will return.

  I came in because I hit a deer in an enterprise rental from another branch. These guys could not have been more helpful. I’m so thankful.
