  They checked my battery and alternator for free. Ordered a new alternator one evening and it was in early the next morning. I felt respected, when I said I needed something, they didn't question it or act like I didn't know what I was talking about, they just helped me get what I asked for. My car was dead, they let me put it under the street light in their parking lot for the night. They let me use the parking lot the next morning to do my repairs. I had most of my own tools, but when something was stuck they let me borrow a pair of pliers they had in the back. They had every reason to tell me to shove off and find a mechanic and stop using their parking lot. But they were generous and kind above and beyond what would be expected of them. Thankyou Adam and Jeff for testing my car and ordering what I needed no hassle. Thanyou Bill for noticing, and for your helpful advice and assistance with getting parts unstuck. Huge thankyou to Lance for your years of mechanical expertise and being so generous with your time. I might've been able to do it on my own, but it would have definitely taken alot more time and probably more tears and frustration too. And thankyou Brian for running a store where the employees have the breathing room to go out of their way to help people. You guys totally rock! When more problems came up, you kept on helping. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou for seeing me as a real person and being so generous, thoughtful, and caring. You guys really made my day!

  Brandon G. is truly our hero. Me and my mom came in with a warning light for our battery and he swooped in and saved the day. He was quick and efficient and gave us really great service!!

  So I am 6 months pregnant and my air conditioning went out during this terrible heat wave we are having with the heat index making it feel like it’s 100+ degrees outside. Lance welcomed me in the store and immediately took me outside to assess my vehicle he had to go back in to remove a panel to access my coolent. We went back inside and that’s where Javonte took over in checking my coolent levels and helping me purchase the right product and put it in for me! I love this store! They are fast, make everything simple and have great cleanliness! I would totally recommend this store even if it’s a little bit of a drive, it will be worth it!

  Today I went in with complete worry that my bumper wasn't properly secured, with a week of back and forth travel ahead. BRIAN came out and took a quick look... ran back in a came back out with a great attitude and confidence. He reassured me it will NOT go anywhere with a simple clip job. Thank you so much Brian, you are the best! I only removed ONE star for the prior service where I needed an scanner (months ago) and the guy that day was trying to use a razor to flap open the cover where the scanner goes 😫 No, sir...lemme do it! BUT BRIAN?...FIVE STARS 🌟
