  I went in to get my oil levels checked, not quite due for an oil change, but they stated my oil levels were low. I always pay for the higher suggested oil per mileage, as I have an AWD Subaru Outback. Then the staff brought out this machine and started suctioning the oil out of my car, no conversation with me on what was happening, so I asked. He informed me that it was overfilled but not to worry they were suctioning the excess out. It was several minutes before they stopped suctioning. A week later my oil light came on briefly so I went back thinking they sucked too much out. The (different staff) checked my dip-stick and said it was a good level. Then a separate staff went underneath my car and recorded a video of what they said was an oil leak, but couldn’t confirm where it was coming from. After further inspection, I came to the possible conclusion the excess oil seaped into the areas of concern, since the oil was not visable on the other side of my car in the video. It doesn’t make sense for my oil levels to be fine, and suggest an engine oil leak. Now I am stuck with going to a mechanic to see if this “oil leak”, after having maintenance repairs completed prior to this (they definitely would have noticed an engine oil leak), is from the overfill. Note: The staff at the second appointment were great, but the staff where this initially happend? Not acceptable

  This use to be the place I always brought my pilot too. Staff was always helpful and everything. But the last time I went they failed to inform me that they broke a plastic piece under my hood. I remember hearing something while they were checking my battery and that’s exactly where it’s broken. Right in half. Well I was distracted with other questions and was worried about getting my low tire aired because it was winter and forgot to ask about it. My husband noticed when he put a new battery in my car. He’s like did you jump someone’s car and I’m like no I don’t ever go in there unless it’s to fill the wiper fluid. And I only take the pilot to valvoline. Very upset that they didn’t even care to tell me.
