- RSReilly SAug 21, 20261.0I really wanted to give this shop 5 stars based on my initial service experience, but a critical mistake has left me extremely frustrated and scared. When I scheduled my appointment I explicitly requested an oil change and asked them to diagnose a strange noise. After picking up my car I was assured everything was completed. However five days later I realized my service form listed "oil change" twice but my final receipt didn't include it. When I called to confirm they admitted they never actually performed the oil change and offered no apology or remedy to fix the situation. To make matters worse I am now out of the country with my vehicle and cannot get this done elsewhere easily. This is a dangerous oversight that puts my car at risk and I would strongly caution others to double check their work before leaving the lot.

They got me in right away and I’m so glad I stopped because I ended up needing new tire which they didn’t have in stock but they drove right to the warehouse and back to get my tire replaced. I am so appreciative of the team’s action! I had my two month old with me as well and we had a lovely time sitting in the waiting area talking. With the manager as well. Thank you!
