- SKStephen Kriebel3 days ago5.0I live near this shop and go to them primarily to have new tires mounted or for allignments. They've typically been reasonable, and their business hours make them more accessible than some others nearby. I have no real loyalty to them, but I haven't bothered looking for a better spot because they've done pretty well by me. I haven't had them do any other more intensive mechanical work, but I think next time I'm in I'll ask about having some bushings replaced.

David took care of me and he was a godsend. He put me at ease right off. They did not have my specific tire on site, David sourced one and drove himself an hour round trip to pick it up! They got me back on the road as quickly as was possible and turned what started off as a nightmare experience into a very good experience. I am so glad that NTB and David were the ones I worked with and just cannot recommend this shop and David highly enough!!!

I had a mechanic look over my car after i had it at ntb and found out that according to ntb, $1300 worth of brake work was needed, but nothing is wrong with my brakes. My mechanic said they look brand new. They didnt even close my car hood all the way. It could have came open while i was driving. They also left screws loose. They said that they replaced a gasket and my mechanic said they couldn’t have because there wasnt any sign of it being replaced. He said they really took advantage of me. I do not recommend this place at all.
