  Used to love these guys. Now they're apparently using an AI call center to field their appointments. A call center that sets appointments for services this business can't provide, at times the business doesn't operate, and tells the business something completely different from what the customer asked for. And how does the owner of this business respond? With condescension, racism, and a lot of body language like he wants to pick a fight with a customer. I wasn't even angry when I went in, I thought everything was fine until he practically threw me out by his tone of voice alone. Blaming people in Indonesia for the mix up (the "woman" I spoke to sounded like she was from Alabama) as if that fact made some kind of meaningful difference. Meanwhile, real people, from America and any other nation on this planet, wouldn't have told me I could make an appointment for a timing belt change in the early morning and then actually set an appointment in the late afternoon for a tire alignment. But sure, blame brown people who are far away because you're frustrated with your shitty business decisions. Talk to customers like they're stupid because your frustrated with your shitty business decisions. I'll be taking my business to a shop that still has some integrity.

  Major communication failure between answering service and local shop. I am writing this review to highlight a serious communication breakdown between Monroe’s central booking service and the local shop, in hopes that management fixes this process. I scheduled an appointment through their outside answering service to have tires mounted. During the call, I explicitly disclosed that I was bringing in my own tires, and the representative assured me that was fine. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the shop told me they do not accept outside tires. Because of this miscommunication, I took time off work and waited all day for an appointment that could not be fulfilled—time I could have spent going to another shop that actually takes customer-supplied tires. While the on-site staff was simply following their store policy, the central scheduling system completely failed. If an outside service is taking calls and booking appointments for local stores, they must be trained on location-specific policies so customers aren't misled and given false assurances. Please call the store directly to double-check policies before booking through their main phone line. I hope management updates their phone representatives immediately so other customers don't waste time and missed work on incorrect information.

  Brian Meadows and his mechanic Josh were absolutely excellent. They diagnosed my issue flawlessly. And processed to repair my car quickly and perfectly. I recommend them most highly and without reservation. Great honest people and a fair price.

  Got my alignment done quickly, didn’t charge an arm and a leg and fixed my windshield wiper without me even pointing out it was broken, thank you so much JB, plus the front desk guy was so nice and personable, will be returning for future services!
