  Got my alignment done quickly, didn’t charge an arm and a leg and fixed my windshield wiper without me even pointing out it was broken, thank you so much JB, plus the front desk guy was so nice and personable, will be returning for future services!

  I would never recommend this shop to anyone. We took one of our vans there THREE separate times to have the A/C repaired, spending between $300 and $500 each visit, and the A/C still does not work. We then took another van there specifically to have the A/C fixed. They claimed the issue was repaired, but it never worked. When we called to address the problem, Brian, the manager, actually claimed that we brought the van in but didn’t want the A/C fixed—which makes absolutely no sense because that was the entire reason we took it there in the first place. To make matters even worse, while one of our vans was in their possession, we went to pick it up and discovered that the back window had been shattered. Brian denied responsibility and showed no interest in trying to make the situation right. Between repeatedly failing to resolve the issues we paid them to fix, the damage that occurred while our vehicle was in their possession, and the manager’s horrible attitude and constant excuses, we have completely lost trust in this business. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and money. Based on our experience, I would never take another vehicle here again. We will be taking our business elsewhere to a shop that actually stands behind its work and treats customers with respect. Save your money the first time and go to Marcino’s in wintersville.

  I’m very disappointed with my experience. I scheduled a tire rotation appointment and even called on the way because traffic was backed up to let them know we might be about five minutes late (we actually weren’t late in the end). At no point during the appointment booking or my phone call did anyone mention that the shop was closing early or that they had sent all of their technicians home because they were short-staffed. I completely understand that staffing issues happen, but what I don’t understand is why appointments were still being scheduled if there was no one available to perform the service. A simple phone call to let customers know before they drove there would have saved us time and frustration. Better communication and consideration for customers would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing.
