  Always my go to for rental cars! Check in process is always quick and easy. The vehicle I request is always available if not they make ways to accommodate. The staff at the Steubenville location are always nice , cheerful and welcoming! They actually like their job! Several times I’ve gone in and it’s so many people waiting on cars and it’s only one person(younger gentleman) handling multiple customers by himself! He does it with patience, class and grace! Destiny is another employee who is always great. Round of applause for Enterprise Steubenville!

  My wife Diana recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Steubenville. Employee Destiny Davis waited on her. Mrs Davis was extremely courteous, professional and very pleasant. She went above and beyond In handling our transaction. Our experience with Destiny convinced us to never rent a vehicle from anyone but Enterprise. She made us a priority which eased our concerns.   I always choose my local Enterprise in Steubenville. The staff is by far amazing and Destiny, the branch manager is by far the best. She truly cares about her customers and you can tell she rubs that off in her staff as well. I won’t go anywhere else.

  The staff there made everything very easy for me. They even gave me a ride home when I dropped the vehicle back off.

  The Young's lady at the Steubeville enterprise (I unfortunately didn't catch her name) was so helpful and kind. She was by herself and had so many people waiting to get taken care of and she made sure to take the time and help everyone and to get them in a car as quick as possible. I would like to thank her for all she did for me, being by yourself and having to do all she did isn't easy and yet she still did it with a smile, was kind and courteous! Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will be renting a car from here again
