  Always friendly, prompt service. When completing the pre-acceptance walk around, the representative made sure to check the roof for hail damage to help me since I am so short!

  Enterprise was fast and efficient. Service staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will always choose enterprise, I have never had a bad experience with them.

  Horrible. Horrible. Rented a full size SUV - gave us a run around about picking it up ( mind you we were leaving for vacation and needed to pack up our car for said vacation) was told to call back the next day to see if the car we booked was back ….. after leaving was called and told to come back and grab another SUV they had on the lot ( which they previously told us we could not take that day for whatever reason ) turn around and go back and pick up this SUV around their closing time …. Only To drive it off the lot and the driver side tire has a leak LOL not to mention are they cleaning these cars ? Are they checking the tires ? I mean we are leaving out of town with small children in this vehicle and now have to worry about a tire the night before we leave for a trip ….. and you can’t get ahold of anyone at the place , not even during regular business hours. $1,000 for a POS - poor customer service and a dirty rental - I don’t leave reviews ever but in this moment I am irritated to the deep depths of my soul.

  I WAS NOT PLEASED AT FIRST THAT NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE - THEN FOUND OUT THERE IS ONLY THE MANAGER WHO ANSWERS THE CALLS - VERY ADAPTABLE TO MY SITUATION WITH WORK SCHEDULE - APPRECIATE THE SERVICE!

  The vehicle we reserved was not there when it was supposed to be, we had to go to Moon township to get a car from Avis in order to go on vacation. They should not depend on a vehicle being returned to just put another family in it as a quick turn around. The last time we rented from them the vehicle was filthy when we picked it up, I had to clean it out before we could leave.
