  Great rental company. The employees are always very nice. Loved the rental! Will use when I travel! This was an amazing rental. I enjoyed the week with this.

  Reserved a car thru them more than 4 weeks prior to going in. Showed up and was told there were no vehicles available. Never have I dealt with service at an enterprise like this location. 3 times we have attempted to use this specific location and all 3 times we have had problems. Personal opinion: go to Steubenville. The people are great and actually care about helping you. They will do their best and keep their word. They also have a hold system for reservations made in advance.

  I have rented multiple vehicles at this location. Just got one yesterday and the staff there is always friendly and accommodating.

  I how have gave them 2.5 stars but I cant. Every friendly and helpful. When everything lines up. On the other side they list they have all kinds of different vehicles but they only have basis style cars. No luxury vehicles or anything of the sort
