  My initial appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived and sat down, the gentleman at the desk told me, “We’re not rotating your tires today. We only have one mechanic, so we’ll just do the oil change.” I asked if they could reconsider because my tires needed to be rotated. His response was, “Your tires are no good anyway. Rotating them isn’t going to help.” I waited in silence for the entire hour while they completed the oil change. During that time, there was no mention of purchasing new tires, no discussion about the condition of my tires, and no suggestion of anything they could do to help. It was simply, “No, we aren’t doing the tire rotation because we only have one mechanic.” What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and effort to offer a solution. If my tires truly needed to be replaced, I would have expected them to explain that, show me what they were seeing, and discuss my options rather than simply refusing to perform a service that was part of my original appointment.

  Bought 4 summer tires here. Price was fair and got them installed a day after ordering them. Installation and alignment were timely. Alex and the other technicians were great to deal with and do good work!

  We had a tire losing air on a road trip, stopped in and got back on the road quick. Handling things while juggling two excited dogs was still easy.

  $25 tire rotation cost me HUNDREDS. They Broke 2 of my tire pressure sensor monitors, and the next day one of the tires actually feels off while I was driving. Bunch of JVS screwups working here. I'd avoid at all costs.
