  This place is by far the worst tire experience i have had hands down. Despite assuring me the job would be an hour or so, the vehicle was kept for 3+ hours, which is the longest tire change I have ever experienced. I was called 10 mins before they close. When the work was finally completed—handed back to me three minutes before closing, preventing any meaningful inspection or discussion—I started to bring up my concerns about a vibreation i had I the rear right tire and was quickly dismissed and told the wheel balance was “good to go" so there shouldn't be any vibrations. This was incorrect. Immediately upon starting the vehicle, the TPMS warning light illuminated SOLID. All four tires were inflated 4–5 PSI above the manufacturer’s cold rating, indicating careless work. More importantly, the TPMS light remained on solid* even after I corrected the pressures and performed a reset through the vehicle’s system. After driving for over an hour, the warning did not clear. This confirms that the shop failed to program the new TPMS sensors, which is a required step on modern Toyota vehicles and cannot be bypassed without using the proper OBD-II registration tool. Either that or they damaged one of my original TPMS sensors if they re-used them. He didnt even tell me whether the new tires came with TPMS sensors or they kept mine. Additionally, the same wheel I originally reported as having a vibration still wobbles, meaning the balance was not performed correctly or the wheel/tire was not properly inspected for runout or defects, or something else is wrong. In summary, I paid $800 and left with: - A TPMS system that was not programmed - Incorrect tire pressures - A wheel that still vibrates - No test drive - No verification of work - A rushed handoff designed to avoid accountability EDIT: Firestone determined the front right TPMS sensor is no longer detected. Meaning NTB must have damaged it when re-installing. They were also able to find out what was causing my vibrations in less than 30 minutes for 10 bucks! NTB customer service can feel free to reach out to me or comment under this pretending to care, but if you think I am bringing any of my vehicles back to that deplorable excuse for a tire shop they are out of their minds.

  I got a used tire from them earlier today and they were vary quick maybe took 30mins. They were kind and answered all the question I had!

  Appointment scheduled online and tires selected on the website including a "schedule online discount". Then I sat while the service was performed. Online showed a before tax total of $407 (tires and installation). After the new tires were installed, the price was $54 higher than quoted because the shop selected a different more expensive tire without discussing it with me. I addressed this with person processing my transaction and he replied "online pricing is wrong". It wasn't until I was given a receipt I could see that I had been sold a different set of tires than the ones I had selected for my vehicle.

  This was by far the worst service we have had on getting a routine tire change out on rear tires and a routine brake pad changeout. We have a 2021 Lexus RX350. We were assured by the General Manager that we would have the new tires amd brakes replaced in less than 1 day. We drop the vehicle off Friday at 5PM for a scheduled service on Saturday. Heard nothing all morning on Saturday. Call the shop around 1:30pm and the GM states their mechanic called off and he was just pulling the car in for service. So at 5:30 we here no news and i assume no news is good news. Drive to the shop to pick up the car and we are told the rear calipers are bad and need replaced. They are bad because the GM forgot the car needed to be put in Maintenance mode. So this late in the evening they can not get the new calipers and we are told the car now will not be ready until Sunday. Gm said they open at 9am and the car will be ready by noon. So on Sunday at noon we head to the shop to get the car. Once we get to the shop we find out that the GM is off on Sundays and the car is just sitting in the bay up on the rack untouched. 2 hours later the GM came in to finish the brakes installing new calipers which takea another 3 hours of us waiting in the parking lot. Once all this ia done we now are told the car is in limp mode for some reason, needs a new battery and cannot due alignment because the rear bolts are seized. The GM messed around with the computer system and was finally able to reset the computer system to remove the dash from looking lile a lit up christmas tree. So we go to check out and the GM says that will be $1,98.00. I said i think not. It was a routine brake job and 2 new tires. He tried to charge us $389 for new calipers that they damaged. I asked for a diacount too for waiting so long and being lied too. This shop has lost any future work from us.
