  My first time buying a car and the shopping/binding process itself went by incredibly smooth but what came after was an absolute headache between a vehicle repair for manufacturing error and the memo title to register my vehicle. The vehicle came with a manufacturing error and I had to come back 3 times to actually get it fixed correctly since my first drop off they ordered the wrong part, second drop off was a shoddy glue job that came undone before I even got into my vehicle and third time was the actual resolution. The guy who had to schedule each me three times was nice though and apologized on behalf of whoever caused that mess behind the scenes. As for registering my vehicle, I was told by my sale rep it would take every bit of the 45 days to receive my memo title after already giving me wrong information about how the process works. Long story short it took longer than 45 days and a complaint to the Attorney General to get everything resolved and finally register my car. It’d be 1 star but the staff and management who had nothing to do with causing the initial problems seemed to try and help at least.

  Here to get my car serviced, friendly staff, clean lobby, due to my work glad they still offer Saturday hours.

  I had an amazing experience buying a new Tacoma from Jason! We unfortunately had a small crack in the windshield we missed and we live out of town. Baller Jon the manager along with Jason called me up and we got it replaced! We made the drive back down and wham bam replaced! Even lets us have a loaner car to go explore the area! As someone who cycles through cars pretty often I will be a returning customer to Jeff Wyler! I also got exactly the price I wanted on the truck! Thank you team!

  So went in for AC compressor and it was changed and recharged 2 hours before the quoted time. The part works, its cold and it was under time and price from a Toyota dealership. I say, for me, its a win. Sometimes a dealership does what its supposed to do.

  What a great experience from beginning to end. I'm an email shopper. I hate wasting time going to multiple places. I'm very open about this. Drew and Kellie both didn't miss a beat. They put every effort into meeting my needs. They were hands down the best to work with and gave me the best deal as well. It wasn't even close actually. I buy vehicles more than I'd like to admit lol and I must say this was one of my better experiences. I highly recommend. Thanks again Drew and Kellie.
