- KGKrystal-Del Gribler-Brown1 day ago5.0I am only giving 5 stars to this location because of my experience with my salesman, Cody. If you’re going to come here, ASK FOR CODY S! I don’t think I’ve ever had such a pain free experience looking for cars. I didn’t feel pressured at all and Cody literally worked around the clock to find exactly what I was looking for. I am anxious by nature and don’t do well with waiting, so Cody always got me numbers ASAP so I didn’t have to wait to see what my payments would be. He’s humble and kind and it’s very obvious that he cares more about his customers and their experience more than any sort of commission or compensation. He doesn’t have that traditional and stereotypical car salesman vibe where you feel pressured or as a woman, stupid or taken advantage of. By far the best experience I’ve had with a car salesman!

I did not feel like I was in a high pressure sales environment and they were able to quickly get me to my price point/payment for my new vehicle. Dani in finance was quick and thorough with the financing process. The end to end process took 4 hours which could be improved for an enhanced customer experience

I honestly didn’t think I would be able to get a car because my credit isn’t the best, but he made it happen. He was patient, understanding, and really worked hard to find something that fit my situation. Gavin went above and beyond and never made me feel judged or pressured. He gave me hope when I didn’t think owning my own car was possible, and now I’m driving away in something I can truly call mine. If you’re worried about your credit or think you won’t get approved, go see Gavin. He genuinely cares and will do everything he can to help you. Highly recommend!
