- MSMerp SJun 6, 20221.0Service advisors must work mainly on commission. Could not get anything looked up to see if under warranty or visually looked at (10 seconds)no questions answered at at all without a diagnostics appointment $145. spoiler was loose on my Hyundai the guy acted like it was going to kill him to walk around to the other side of my car to visually look at it. I was not sure if under warranty or not. I will continue to drive to vandalia for Hyundai service. Update: This place needs major improvement with communication.
