  Had several family members purchase brand new cars from this location over the past 5 years, so we decided to go in and get one as well. We were told if we came in and did a testimonial we'd get a free tank of gas she stopped in and our salesman wasn't there but we left a 5 star review.... However it seems even after my wife left a five-star review we were told that that offer expired as well apparently we couldn't do it in 3 weeks time frame because we were dealing with a recent death in the family. I said oh well & called in regards to the first free oil change appointment which for an expensive purchase like a brand new car you would think would be customary as has been with every new car I ever purchased ....I was told it was not. We love the car and enjoyed the purchase experience but feel we were definitely not aware of all the options available to us at time of purchase. Apparently if we had purchased a new 2025 instead it would have came with free oil changes for 3 years. Just my opinion but you would think a customer purchasing a brand new car in excess of $20,000 would be worth at least $150 oil change to the company to keep the customer coming back. Lesson learned.

  I had a fantastic experience with Marcus at Jeff Wyler Hyundai Springfield. He made the entire process very enjoyable and comfortable. Marcus asked all the right questions to understand my needs and took the time to thoroughly answer all of mine. Highly recommend working with him if you're looking for a smooth and pleasant car buying experience!

  I keep thinking "maybe next time it will be better" when I go here, but it never is. I took my 23 Elantra in for warranty work and recalls. Supposed to be same day, but after dropping the car off at 830a, I received no call that day. I tried to talk to someone numerous times on the 2nd day and no real response of what is going on. I tell them via text to button up the car, I am coming to get it, then they magically remember how to use a phone and call me. They said parts won't be in for another day. Well, it's now the day after the parts were supposed to be in, and no call. Seriously, this is like my 5th try with Jeff Wyler. Almost every time I have had to wait days, weeks or even months to get anything out of them. I have no idea how this company continues to function.

  Marques Ross went above and beyond for us in the search for our vehicle. We found a vehicle we loved 3 hours from where we live and our contact was Marques. He made the experience smooth and effortless and made sure we got the vehicle that we wanted. Would recommend dealing with him if you have the chance!

  I had my wife’s car serviced for a simple oil change and coolant sensor exchange. Her car began leaking coolant (overheated and went to limp mode) and left me stranded 5 miles from the dealership when I picked it up. I had to have it towed back to the dealership and told they “fixed” it. It was claimed their was no engine damage. 1 week later it began to leak oil. Again took it back, told it was “fixed.” Now fast forward roughly 1 month, her car has leaked antifreeze so bad to the point that we had to sell the car and get her a new car in worries of being stranded. Our car was only a 2023 with 34,000 miles. It NEVER had an issue until the idiots at Jeff Wyler touched it. I would NEVER go back. The general manager cannot even return a call. Good luck to anyone who goes with their service. (The service manager told me it was normal for the car to be dripping after a repair and that it was not leaking that much) this was before I overheated on the highway.
