  I had an issue after getting my new vehicle serviced for the first time. I called and spoke with John, the manager of the Service Department, and he acted quickly to make the situation right. I was very impressed with the way ownership of the situation was handled. I will be confident returning here for my future maintenance, knowing that John expects and enforces quality from his team.

  Had several family members purchase brand new cars from this location over the past 5 years, so we decided to go in and get one as well. We were told if we came in and did a testimonial we'd get a free tank of gas she stopped in and our salesman wasn't there but we left a 5 star review.... However it seems even after my wife left a five-star review we were told that that offer expired as well apparently we couldn't do it in 3 weeks time frame because we were dealing with a recent death in the family. I said oh well & called in regards to the first free oil change appointment which for an expensive purchase like a brand new car you would think would be customary as has been with every new car I ever purchased ....I was told it was not. We love the car and enjoyed the purchase experience but feel we were definitely not aware of all the options available to us at time of purchase. Apparently if we had purchased a new 2025 instead it would have came with free oil changes for 3 years. Just my opinion but you would think a customer purchasing a brand new car in excess of $20,000 would be worth at least $150 oil change to the company to keep the customer coming back. Lesson learned. *Update Since they had the audacity to ask me to reach out to them and reply to this review...after I already have, Three times. I HAD called three times in regards to this to their location including a call the day of a scheduled oil change appointment as well. One call I was told I would receive a call back regarding the free tank of gas mentioned at purchase..i never did get that call back. The other two calls were from the service appointment center just basically staying yes I have to pay for the first oil change and it doesn't matter I had just purchased a $20,000 vehicle. I was told exactly what I stated in my review. They never once reached back out to offer any sort of thing as far as customer appreciation or compensation for our purchase or experience even after they were aware we had extended family purchase three cars from them over the past 4 years before we came in & purchased an additional $20,000 vehicle. (This was stated to them as well at time of purchase) This is fake placation in my opinion. It was absolutely brought the attention of their staff regarding this matter... multiple times. Notice how they replied to the review yet still have not offered me the customary free oil change that 99% of all dealerships do when purchasing a Brand New Car.
