  Terrible. They are a bait and switch operation. They will tell you anything and then change the price by thousands when they try to get you to sign. Do yourselves a favor buy somewhere else.

  Zoe was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was friendly, professional, and made the entire service experience easy and stress-free. Every time I got my jeep serviced she kept me informed throughout the process, answered all of my silly questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I truly appreciate all of her help and would highly recommend working with Zoe.   I bought a brand new 2026 Jeep Compass from Jeff Wyler in February. I recently took it on a road trip and while on our road trip notice floor boards were soaked on the passenger side front and back. When I got back from our trip called Jeff wyler and they told us to bring it in and they will take a look at it. So I dropped it off the night before, the next morning around 11am i get a text saying its "probably" a clogged a/c line and i would either have to pay $200 for a diagnosis out of pocket or go thru my car insurance, remind you the car only just hit 5k miles. They told my husband and I that even if you drive a brand new car off the lot 5 miles and you then get a clogged line it would be on the customer??!! So we went and picked up my car. We noticed the car hasnt even moved out of the parking spot I parked in when I dropped it off!! They didn't even pull it into there shop. I called jeep to tell them about the issue we had with jeff wyler, and Jeff wyler tried to tell jeep customer service that they looked at it and it was a clogged line and it wouldn't be covered under warranty and they even said they pulled the car into the shop. Even though they didnt...So jeep told us to take it to a different dealer we took it to Dayton Chrysler Jeep Dodge dropped it off at 10 a.m and by noon they called and said it was fixed and completely covered under warranty. Its sad you cant count on the dealership that I have bought TWO cars from!! Jeff Wyler does NOT take care of there customers.

  Curtis and Gabriel were super helpful in helping me sell my car! They had to jump through some hoops, but got it all taken care of! 10/10 would recommend!

  Worst dealership i have ever dealt with. Bought a vehicle there 5 years ago and had nothing but issues with Coughling Chrysler Jeep Marysville. Will not do business there again. They look you in the eye and tell you one thing then do the exact opposite then act like nothing is wrong. Some of the staff is really good people but the dealership as a whole is terrible
