- AHAmber HessApr 6, 20261.0We brought our teenage daughter's Kia here to be looked at because it was throwing a p1326 code, which usually means the knock sensors need replaced, not replacing them if it is throwing this code can actually cause detrimental damage to the engine. We dropped the car off on a Tuesday, the service appointment was not until Thursday. We never heard anything and my husband finally called this morning, only to be directed to an AI assistant who told him they can't get the car to throw the code and that we are welcome to come pick it up to see if we can get it to do it again!? My parents went and picked up the vehicle and called RC Enterprises and they will be replacing the knock sensors tomorrow along with a full safety check on the vehicle. Sending a vehicle away when it has thrown a code simply because it isn't coming up again is ridiculous. We certainly can't afford to replace an engine gone bad on a vehicle that was just purchased by the way from this dealership back in July. Not to mention, when you start outsourcing your business to AI, people will go elsewhere, where they can talk to a real person, with real emotions and a brain that is autonomous of a computer. Will not return, ever, nor would I recommend.

- EBErin BackDec 6, 20181.0I guess they dont want my service. Last time i took my car in it took them 5 hours for a simple fix. Today i have called 3 times to try to schedule an oil change, talked to 6 different people and all of them transfer me, and when i finally got to the chevy scheduling department, the girl hung up on me instead of putting me on hold. Their online scheduling never works either. Looks like I will be going to beavercreek.
