  I bought the cutest Marina Blue Chevy Trax! My salesman, Alex, was very nice and not pushy like, some salesman are. I am an older woman and was not talked down to. Everything was very clean and the rest of the staff was courteous and helpful. I will recommend Jeff Wyler's Springfield Chevy dealership to others.

  I went to this dealership after the salesman told me I could come in for a test drive and to check the car out. I drive an hour from Columbus to check this car out and they tell me when I get there that the car is still in inception. My salesman was also not there, he was late to work. This place is terribly unprofessional, after all of this occurred I texted to check in he said the car was still in inspection and he will let me know when the car was sold. I get a notification from THEIR sales team that the vehicle was sold minutes after him telling me to come check back in. I would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone. 0/10 do not recommend”

  John Brown as been super helpful in making sure my truck is running at its best. This including keeping up with preventative maintenance as well as any issues that have come up.

  I purchased a used vehicle from Jeff Wyler Springfield Chevrolet on 9/24/26. As an out of state buyer I had quite a few questions & concerns. Everyone I spoke with answered all my questions & put my mind at ease. My initial contact was with my sale person, Parker. He answered questions , sent pictures, as well as video's of the car. Next, I spoke with Jarrod, a sales manager. He explained their pricing for the car, which was slightly less than FMV. He offered an additional discount, & I accepted the offer. I had questions about taxes being an out of state buyer, so I was connected to Christy who works at the cooperate office in the tittle department. Christy took the time to fully explain the process for my taxes, tittle, & registration. On the day of purchase, Parker picked me up from the airport on his day off & went over everything including the test drive. The last person I met with was Ian in finance. Ian was thorough in explaining every document. There was no last minute add on or pressure sales of extras. After about 10 minutes with Ian, Parker & I were programing my On Star & XM Satellite radio. My 3 day drive back home was great. Parker called or texted each day make sure everything was ok. My experience with everyone on this purchase was smooth & professional. I would recommend doing business with this dealership.
