  After dealing with unlawful drivers and endless insurance questions, replacing a totaled car is an aggravating experience. We chose Jeff Wylers for help and was introduced to Parker and our downward spiral from the accident stopped! He was very courteous and outgoing, informative was his goal and he certainly achieved that! He listened to our hopes, fears and financial concerns well and kept us in the loop the whole way! We are happy with our choice of a Chevy Trax, and Parker knew what my wife liked and delivered a strike! We have dealt with Wylers for many years and are continually reassured they treat us like family!

  Absolutely pathetic dealership. I walked in to buy a Chevy and somehow got talked into buying a Kia. Nobody bothered to explain just how ridiculously easy that model was to steal. Sure enough, my car was stolen and eventually totaled. That one decision has turned into one of the biggest financial and emotional nightmares I’ve ever dealt with. After my car was stolen, it felt like Jeff Wyler completely abandoned me. I was told my previous car had been paid off, only to find out there were still issues. They didn’t help me get the paperwork together for my insurance claim, and trying to get anyone on the phone was like talking to a brick wall. The salesman I dealt with, John Brown, told me multiple things that turned out not to be true. He is no longer employed there. The finance department was just as bad. I could never get Ian to answer the phone, and whenever I stopped in, I felt like my problems were the last thing anyone cared about. Thanks to this disaster, I ended up buried in TWO CAR PAYMENTS AFTER GAP AFTER my car was stolen and totaled. This entire experience has been exhausting, frustrating, and honestly traumatizing. I trusted this dealership, and I feel like I got completely screwed. Stay far away from this dealership. I will never buy another vehicle from Jeff Wyler again, and I’ll be telling everyone I know about my experience.

  The guy that helped me was new. They told me there’s a small leak in a radiator hose and instead of temporarily patching it they left it. I wish they had shown me where it was. I could temporarily patch it myself as I don’t have $750 at the moment.
