  They have my email address and they won't remove it. So I get spammed for multiple vehicles and appointments pop up in my calender on a weekly basis. I live 20hrs away. I've unsubscribed for months. I called them and they "can't remove it" Beware of giving them your info

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. They are crooks and don't do proper inspection of their vehicles. After selling me one of their used cars I took it in for maintenance and was told the spark plug was 3k miles past due, found an oil leak, and transfer case was shredded...leaving me to pay $1500 out of pocket. I tried speaking to the mgr in Fairfield, AJ if i can recall thats his name and never got a response, phone went straight to vm. Instead of speaking to a mgr, they had the sales rep, Thomas, handle the call and passing the message of what mgmt said. No one takes accountability and you're just dollar signs to them. Sadly the car came fron Fairfield dealership and was brought over to Springfield and they failed inspection and never told me

  We had a wonderful experience working with Gavin at Jeff Wyler! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely willing to work with us to find the perfect deal on our new Kia. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at and took the time to answer all of our questions, which made us feel confident in our decision. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable, and we never felt pressured. We really appreciate all of his help and would absolutely recommend Gavin to anyone looking for a new vehicle.   I initially had an issue with my horn after my vehicle was serviced. When I first contacted the service department, I was told that repairing it would be an additional cost. However, after I contacted the manager and explained the situation, they took another look at it and resolved the problem. It turned out to be an error on their side, and I really appreciate the manager taking the time to address the issue and make things right. I’m glad they listened to my concerns and ultimately provided a solution. Thank you to the management team for taking responsibility and making sure the issue was resolved. I appreciate the professionalism and customer service.

  I set up an appointment to trade my car in for a new car on Monday. They sold the car right out from underneath me today proceeded to call me to let me know so that they could see if they could sell me a different car. I told him I didn’t need their services anymore because why would I spend time with someone who doesn’t value me as a customer. They proceeded to call me, and I could hear them snickering and laughing about it over the phone. They proceeded to call me about three times after I told him to stop calling me. Then I got a phone call from someone in Trotwood, Ohio claiming to be from a dealership. I never gave my information to. I recorded him on the phone line, and he lost interest and started laughing and hung up the phone. So just beware, I am thinking that somebody there working at the dealership, gave my phone number to some random friend to call me and harass me. Just so you guys know who you’re dealing with at this dealership. I will be reporting them to the Ohio State Attorney General’s office. Nothing I said here is untrue. And I have audio recordings of what I just stated.
