  I had a really good experience at Jeff Wyler Hyundai Springfield. I contacted them via Edmunds about a vehicle and Deven Devoe reached out to me right away and set up a viewing and test drive. I decided to buy that day and he was very kind and didn’t put any unwanted pressure on me during the process. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a reliable pressure free environment!

  Had a bad experience prior to my jeep and was having some issues w it but John helped get me together and all taken care of. 10/10 service from him he is excellent

  Trevor saved my life … we were having transmission issues with my suv on a long trip to Arizona; and pulled in and he was able to get me in a brand new (long overdue) truck! All the staff there was understanding of my children and our situation! Very happy and would use them again in a heartbeat!

  I cannot say enough about Tasha. She has taken care of me since I put in my query online and responded within seconds. Her customer service is way above and the best I’ve ever received at any car dealership ever. I fully recommend this woman who goes out of her way to give you everything you need and beyond. Plus, she is always smiling and very sweet and accommodating.

  We had such a wonderful experience purchasing our new Kia Carnival at Jeff Wyler Springfield, and we can’t say enough good things about Gavin! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. He made everything feel easy and stress-free, and we never once felt pressured. One thing that really stood out to us was how great Gavin was with our kids. Buying a vehicle with two of kids along for the process could have easily been stressful, but he was so patient and understanding with them. He made our whole family feel welcome and comfortable, which meant so much to us. Gavin went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. We absolutely love our new Kia Carnival and are so thankful we had Gavin to help us through the process!
