  After going back and forth with Parker for a week and being lied to multiple times I finally gave up and purchased a vehicle from a different Jeff Wyler location. Parker tried multiple scammy sales tactics, even lying about someone else trying to purchase the vehicle from under me, and giving me ‘a couple hundred dollars’ for my trade in that valued $3,000 elsewhere. Parker claimed that they do not sell cars over 10 years old or 100,000 miles, they just auction them, while simultaneously having a vehicle from 2011 with over 200,000 miles on it listed on their site. He was very difficult to get ahold of via text, and being a busy mom I was not able to answer the multiple phone calls from them after I repeatedly said I was only available via text. In the end I was told that someone else was looking at this vehicle because I wasn’t able to be in until Saturday, and we would have to wait and see if they purchase it from the sister Jeff Wyler location. I called the location where the vehicle is currently and was able to purchase it, at my asking price and stipulations, within an hour of speaking to the sales team. I don’t know if my problems are because Parker thought I was dumb, if I’m a woman, or both, but this was a deplorable experience.

  I just purchased a car from this dealership and I have nothing but great things to say. They found the car that was perfect for me, they worked very hard to get exactly what I was looking for. Aaron Jones was amazing at finding what was best for me. I really appreciate it and I will definitely be back.

  Purchased a car there last month. I had a great experience. Devin was the sales rep. When we had a small hiccup the sales manager stepped in and cleared everything up. Angelica was the Finance manager on the purchase and she was great as well. Thanks for helping me buy (lease) my new Jeep

  Definitely don’t recommend this place. They post cars on their website for a decent price, and then when you get in the door, they tell you that car was sold an hour ago and try to sell you a car that costs multiple thousand more dollars (the car is still on their website as they’re telling me this). And during the financing step, they’ll rush you through signing papers as fast as they can to get you to not read through what exactly you’re signing and try to extremely lowball you on the trade-in value for your vehicle. They also forcibly install a 3rd party pulse brake light flashing system they got super cheap in every car and then mark the price on that up a ton and force you to purchase that with the car to squeeze even more money out of you.

  Recently worked with Paige, and oh my goodness she is so amazing. She worked her butt off to make sure that I walked away with the car I wanted, even though the process was long, it was so worh it. Paige and the whole team are so friendly, i highly recommend❤️
