  Quick check out and return. Friendly associates. Comfortable seats. Great gas mileage. Good price. The radio did take some getting used to. All around good experience.

  We rented a full size suv a week in advance. We went and the wagoneer wouldn't start. They said they could give us a minivan for the same price and that was their only option for us. We asked about other Enterprise locations and they said we should call around and check other locations like it was our fault. They did apologize but other than that were on our own as customer service has disappeared from these rental car locations.

  I don’t often leave reviews, but I felt compelled to recognize the outstanding service I received from Cam at the Springfield, Ohio Enterprise. While I did run into a few issues during my rental experience, Cam completely turned the situation around with his professionalism, kindness, and dedication to helping me. When I experienced a flat tire, Cam went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He handled everything quickly and efficiently, got me into another rental without added stress, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. What could have been an incredibly frustrating experience became manageable because of his exceptional customer service. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Cam truly set the standard. His patience, understanding, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Enterprise is fortunate to have an employee who genuinely cares about the people he helps. Thank you, Cam, for your absolute top-tier service and for making a difficult situation so much easier. You made me feel valued as a customer, and because of you, I would gladly rent from Enterprise again.

  I have a rental from here because I was rear ended and there is a deal between progressive and enterprise. The rental car I was depending on from enterprise to care for my family and get to work died. Enterprises answer is that I need to miss work, load my daughter in an uber and come get another car. This has been my worse rental experience ever and I travel often for work.
