    Best rental place. Rented out of Waukesha WI. Tire blew in Springfield OH. Enterprise team sent a wonderful local gentlemen to change the tire. Was just a donut spare so they instructed me to head over the the Springfield office to exchange vehicle. Everyone was friendly and courteous.

    This location is a joke. Leave a voicemail 8 minutes before they close and cancel your reservation that’s at 8:30 the next morning, when you placed it well in advance, had prechecked in like they email you asking you to do and they then had already confirm your reservation with you. Left trying to figure out a rental for spring break trip with our kids. Made a reservation online for the Troy location, even tho they had already closed for the day, they had a wonderful vehicle waiting for us less than 12 hours after my emergency reservation. Avoid Springfield if possible give the Troy location your business, their manager deserves the business with how she runs her location. Springfield manager could take some lessons or get a new job.
