  I wouldn’t trust these guys to work on my bicycle. I took in two vehicles—one for four new tires and an alignment, and the other for just an alignment. They installed all four new tires, then suddenly told me their alignment machine was “broken.” So they sent me home with a vehicle that needed an alignment after putting brand-new tires on it. On top of that, they wasted about an hour and a half of my time dropping off and picking up both vehicles. They told me they’d call me when the alignment machine was working again. After waiting five days with no call, I called from a different phone number and was immediately told they could get me in the very next day for an alignment. But when I called from my home phone and mentioned the previous situation, suddenly the alignment machine was “broken” again. The inconsistent stories, lack of communication, and poor customer service make it impossible for me to recommend this shop. Based on my experience, I won’t be returning.

  This past Tuesday I bought a new vehicle. I woke up in the morning and less than 16 hours after buying the vehicle, I had a flat tire. I was extremely frustrated and upset. I rolled into your shop. I received awesome customer service immediately and you guys got me in right away. You didn’t drain my wallet and you didn’t waste half my day. Really appreciated the service and support.

  They have terrible service. My husband went in to get his tires changed; they had to order the tires since they didn't have them in stock, but they required an $800 deposit and scheduled an appointment for the next day. When he arrived, it turned out they had forgotten to place the order. They told him they would handle it the following day at 9:00 AM, but when he showed up, the shop was closed. 😡😡😡😡

  Greeted promptly. They explained costs and procedures clearly. Finished the work and notified me early and also informed me of another possible problem. Very pleased.
