  DO NOT USE. The owner of this body shop if AWFUL. They held on to our car for just shy of 4MONTHS after they quoted TWO-FOUR WEEKS. Every time my husband called in because it was supposed to be ready it was one thing or another. When i called in (twice) he was short, rude, and dismissive of me. And would not tell me what was going on with the car. Then texted told my husband to fill me in so I don’t call. When the car was finally ready, he declined to provide anything showing us what he did to the car, instead told us that insurance will mail it out? That’s not how that works. Ive stopped in in person, and they couldn’t give me a print out on the work they had done. i called the shop, talked to Carlton. he told me he couldn’t do that right now, and call back on Saturday at 8:00 when they are closed and he would do it then. I called the shop, got no answer, called again, left a voicemail. And he texted my husband about me blowing up his phone on a Saturday when he doesn’t work. 🤦‍♀️ I guess we will never know what work was done to our car for FOUR MONTHS.

  Lost records multiple times. I had to call profusely. Its like they forgot i was even a customer there. 9 months to "fix" a fender bender. I was without a car for NINE months

  Great service, communication and the finish product is amazing. I had several people ask me if I vehicle was brand new. Very pleased. Would use again for sure.
