  They suck. I took my car here because of some shaking from under the car. The dude Sean gave me the run around and completely missed the diagnosis. He told me the sound was just coming from a broken panel under the car and that he called the dealership to get the part and he’d give me a call. Days went by and no call back. I finally got in touch after a week because apparently Sean is the only person that knew anything. He still gave me the run around and said he’d been calling around like crazy trying to find this random part he says I need. I finally get irritated and tired of waiting for his call back and just took my car somewhere else. Yall….all I needed was struts. STRUTS! I’m not even sure how that was missed. They’re horrible. Go somewhere else.

  We took my brother’s car to the one in South Euclid. Dave was the mechanic we dealt with, and he was fantastic. He always called us to keep us informed about the car’s progress, and he did an excellent job. He’s probably one of the best mechanics I’ve ever met.
