  I got a flat tire on a Sunday when we were about to drive 500 miles back home. David squeezed us in and speeded up the time to patch the tire. We are so grateful. 1 month later and 2000 miles, the patch is holding up just fine. Thank you.

  This is not a good Tire Choice location So I have a rental vehicle from Enterprise. I had scheduled an appointment for 3:00 PM. I arrived late and was told my service would be performed after the next appointment; I agreed and waited. While waiting, another customer with an appointment arrived and was served before me. I accepted this, since appointments precede walk-ins. After a long wait, the first attendant left and I was assisted by another employee. This subsequent attendant informed me that none of the service requests or notes related to my vehicle had been relayed to him. Despite explaining the required services including an indicated oil change he refused to perform the oil change, asserting Enterprise would not cover it. He cited unrelated issues with the vehicle as the reason for denial, and only refused authorization after I asked to involve Corporate. When we asked for his name and a contact number, he provided the store manager’s name and said he used to report to that manager, rather than giving his own name. His behavior felt evasive and uncooperative. This interaction was frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of internal communication, refusal to honor the documented service needs, and the attendant’s unwillingness to identify himself are unacceptable. If this reflects ongoing practices, I recommend Enterprise reevaluate its partnership with this Tire Choice location. I am requesting that Corporate review this incident and advise on appropriate next steps, including reimbursement or completion of the required services for the rental vehicle. I am happy to provide additional details, including photos and the rental agreement, upon request.
