Its only one customer and one car in the lot but I cant get a plug or get a spare put on. I thought a full service tire shop is for emergency assistance thats not rite im very disappointed that i drove my car there on a flat just to get turned down because I didnt have an appointment 👎🏼

- BBig Man Friendly !Jul 6, 20261.0Horrible person attitude. First of all the price quote they gave me on the phone wasn't what they told me when I got there. Then they acted like I didn't make an appointment when the info was on the board behind him. I sat there in the waiting as the guy Dan completely ignored the woman he was talking to on the phone. Then another guy just walks up and says what do you want to the person on the phone. Now this was all on speakerphone mind you. Then he just hangs up and says he doesn't have time for this and leave. The lady had brought her car back because the brakes she just had done was making a lot of noise. I witnessed this as I was waiting 4 hours on a 2 hour appointment. I also noticed the guys tone of voice changed and willingness to help according to skin color.
