  Upon meeting why the csr, he advised me that he threw out my estimate and would need to redo it. The estimate was much higher than the original and I advised him of this. It gave me the feeling that he got something out of it by redoing the estimate. I still went along with it, but advised my feelings about the situation. I’ve been a long time customer of this location, and this was the first time I experienced this lack of professionalism.

  At this location, I find the employees to be very condescending, especially to women. I got a blowout on my rear passenger tire. My tires are under warranty and have road hazard on them. Because the tire was so badly damaged we took the tire off the car and took it into Mr. tire for an assessment and the probability of me needing a new tire. When we got there after I called in and made an appointment the gentleman behind the desk who took a look at the tire, never said anything about the blowout, but had the audacity to tell me that the tire had to be replaced because I had been driving with under inflated tires. Mind you my car hasn’t been driven in six months due to an accident. It has been at the mechanic shop. And the last time my tires were aired up was at Mr. tire. Instead of listening, he wanted to talk me. As I have watched them do with plenty of customers at this location. They’re rude. Especially to women. If there was another Mr. tire closer to me, I would be going to it not this one on Mayfield Road. I buy my tires in four I have spent quite a bit of money with Mr. tire because I am a rideshare driver. However, after this incident, which by the way is simply just one of many once, these tires are needing to all be changed I will be going back to Firestone. I may pay a little more for the tires, but I know that the customer service is way better. I won’t mind so much paying a little bit more for the tire. I do not recommend this store. and although I have roadside service, I still had to pay $80 to have the tire put on my car

  Rude. Terrible service. My appointment was June 11 at 7:30am got there about 7:32 and they we’re finished at 8:10. Now I know an oil change and inspection requires more time. Mr. Tire didn’t take the necessary time to find out what the knocking noise my car was making. So instead I took it to Midas and guess what they found the issue. Mr. Tire employees informed me that they had there best mechanic look at my car and nothing was wrong. Well obviously, there best mechanic is deaf because the knocking noise was very noticeable to the mechanics at Midas. Don’t waste your time or money here.

  Recently I brought my vehicle in for a leak check. As it turns out the leak was due to a faulty oil filter. The rep explained because the filter was installed at Mr. Tire there was no charge and I was given a complementary oil change in addition. It’s refreshing to know that Mr. Tire freely took accountability and made things right. Mr. Tire’s professionalism and integrity has earned my repeated business.

  Took my car in for a flat tire to be replaced, driver's side rear. They said I needed to replace both back tires since it's all wheel drive. Okay, fine. I get my car back and now my driver's side FRONT tire seems to have a slow leak. They pushed back on me and said that it couldn't have been their mistake. Avoid this shop AT ALL COSTS!!! They took $600 of my money and gave me my bad tire back and have made no effort to make it right.
