  Very disappointed in the mechanics at this one. They don't want to do anything extra to ensure the safety and work requested is completed! We requested a tire rotation and the tires are a year old only!. Making up lies about how the tires are bald and can't rotate them, that is a lie! I will never take my car back here again! High priced too! Thanks for the inconvenience u caused!!!!

  Down to Earth Good Guys at Mr. Tire!!! Screw punctured my 35 inch AT tire, Quick plug & patch saved me $430 with a warranty on the remaining life of the tire.

  Was on my way to Cleveland airport for a flight I couldn't miss. Called them, and told them the situation. I got a tow, they had an open bay for me, got it done quick. Made my flight! Yay!

  Not sure how Mr.Tires Solon has a 4.3 rating, but I will never return to this auto shop again. I went in for an oil change today and clearly confirmed at drop off that I needed a tire rotation. When I picked up my van, I verified again if tries rotated or not. The empolyee said “YES,” and the invoice also showed the rotation was completed — but the actually tires were never rotated. When I called, they made excuses about my tires being “too old,” even though they had already claimed the rotation was done. I also paid $86 for a not full synthetic oil change that other shops provide as full synthetic for the same price. Very disappointing and not honest.
