  I was visiting family in Solon and my tire went flat. Had a 9-hr drive back home the next day. Kristy and Nick took care of me and ensured I would be back on the road without delay. Amazing tire shop. Very polite, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. Can’t recommend them enough.

  Made an appointment at 9:00 a.m. because we needed to get our tire patched. Appointment was accepted and set up. Arrived at around 10:00 a.m. and was told they couldn't do the work When I arrived to get my tire patched I was informed that they had been out of tire patch kits since last Thursday. "Sorry, can't do it" Just for a sanity check that's 5 days without a tire shop having tire patches. Also you guys wasted my time because I called to confirm an appointment and then you couldn't do the work after you said you could.

  Don’t waste your time here. Walked in (with appointment), said I needed , oil change, 2 new tires, and was asking them to look into an swooshing sound. The front desk manager was a complete unprofessional answering my questions, when I confronted his attitude. His response was “because we explain the same thing everyday” justifying his rude attitude. I walked out on them. They got frustrated and even followed me outside lol. Why would I ever trust someone with my vehicle like that?? Go give business to the mentor location guys or mayfield. Never had a bad experience there. Looks like others feel the same way below!
