  Do not ever go to this shop. Unprofessional and rude, front desk employee. I wanted wheel balancing for my car and called up took an appointment. I got a confirmation message on an appointment for 5 PM. When I went in at 5, the person at the front desk with no apology said there is no technician available after 4 PM . I asked why couldn’t they reschedule me or text me the appointment is cancelled. The front desk person very rudely said it is a “call center in the foreign country” that does the scheduling and they don’t know the availability of the shop. I asked him why couldn’t he check on his end and see there is an appointment scheduled for 5 PM. He said “ I don’t check the computer”. However he offered me to reschedule to next day 3 PM. And I agreed. Then I started reading the other recents reviews and many other customers had the same experience. However I decided to try my luck next day. But no surprise, the next day at 3 PM, when I went in I got the same response from another front desk person. “No technician”. I told him it is my second time and why couldn’t they message me. He gave me the standard “call center response” with no apology. I told him I scheduled directly at the shop. He with a sarcastic smirk on his face said “thank you, don’t come back”. I don’t know why Mr Tire is keeping this franchise open and spoiling their reputation. Definitely these employees don’t care or have any intention to provide service. Please avoid at all cost and reading other reviews looks like they cheat too.

  I wish there were an option lower than one star. I booked an appointment online for wheel alignment for yesterday, but when I arrived, I was told it was not on their schedule because appointments are handled by someone else. I then booked an appointment in person at the store for today. Today, I was told that the technicians had gone home because it was hot. My concern was not only that the appointment could not be honored, but that no one contacted me to let me know the appointments had been cancelled. When I asked why I was not informed, I was told, “Don’t come back. Bye.” That is an unacceptable way to speak to a customer. I would not recommend Mr. Tire Solon based on the lack of communication and the staff’s dismissive response.

  Bob at the solon location was amazing he was personable he took out time to explain everything I needed with a wonderful smile

  Great service! Dustin was originally going to help me put my spare on but I ended up needing a new tire anyways. That kind of customer service is what will brings back customers. Great job.

  Do NOT go! I called 5 days ahead to have my winter and summer tires swapped. I could tell someone from another country was handling reservations, so I called the store myself to get an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment, I was told the wait would be 3 hours! They told me "when you called, you got someone from another country...". I explained that I didn't make the appointment with someone from another country - i made my appointment with their shop. I was then told "oh, I cant find your reservation at all". Never again. Dont use this shop.
