  It's okay. Unexceptional customer service. Very high price$$ For what I rented an Nissan Versa. $112@day + Taxes. Their excuse was because of the recent hail storm. I rented monday thru Thursday morning. Also had the gall to charge-$300-deposit- probably because I denied the optional insurance. I, made sure to have an renter's rider upon my Insurance policy. Unless One is an big fan of $pending Too,Too Much -$$-Go to another Enterprise Location.

  Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Solon is excellent. I’d like to give a shout out to Rick for his professional and courteous service arranging my rental car and also helping me get a ride back to my own vehicle.

  My husband and kids absolutely loved our vehicle and it made our trip comfortable safe and perfect. Also the staff at the Solon location are awesome.

  Rented a car from Enterprise and the experience was honestly ridiculous. I was told there were only two cars available, one “needed cleaning” and the other< I was told, had a quarter tank of gas. Took the second option, only to find out it was EMPTY. The indicator showed less than 15 miles to go. How is that even acceptable? If you’re going to hand someone a car, at least be honest about the condition. Starting a rental by immediately having to find a gas station is LOUSY service.Really disappointing experience.
