  The first Hyundai we got, the windows on the passenger side did not go up, only down. Not sure how that went unnoticed but we were quickly put into a nicer vehicle at the same price. We also easily dropped the vehicle off with a key drop box. Very convenient. Thanks guys, you're very understaffed but you work so hard it's hard to go unnoticed. I hope you get some help or a huge raise!

  Went to pickup a vehicle and it was ready but not clean . This is beginning to be a regular situation. The staff was helpful. We've had some rentals over the last 3 years. But they are usually from the airport. So the selection is larger and they have more time to clean them. And this was a unexpected rental.

  It's okay. Unexceptional customer service. Very high price$$ For what I rented an Nissan Versa. $112@day + Taxes. Their excuse was because of the recent hail storm. I rented monday thru Thursday morning. Also had the gall to charge-$300-deposit- probably because I denied the optional insurance. I, made sure to have an renter's rider upon my Insurance policy. Unless One is an big fan of $pending Too,Too Much -$$-Go to another Enterprise Location.
