  Not sure why Amy had to be so mean I’m 17 obviously I don’t know anything about cars or car parts….. but definitely ruined my day for me.

  We were on a weekend trip when my maintenance required light came on on my 2013 Toyota camry. We stopped at this Autozone and the gentleman that helped us was very helpful and nice! Assuring us that it was from being in the body shop and getting repaired. Thank you for not trying to sell us something that we didn't need!

  Stopped here 03/12/26 to ask about a part that was just put in my car as a replacement from an auto shop. This time, the part had a piece missing from when it was done in 2023. I wanted to get an opinion on rather or not the piece was crucial. Then I stopped because of buying a wiper blade that I for the life of me, couldn't figure out how to put it on (even though have replaced them couple of other times over the years. Christian, helped me both times and was very nice, helpful, came out and showed me how to do the wiper blade correctly. The guys here are always helpful, with great customer service! Thank you Christian, thank you Auto Zone!

  AutoZone - Sidney Ohio. We went there to get a battery for my son's car... AJ was the best and a tremendous help. He walked us through the whole thing. He installed the battery on the car in frigid temperatures and went out of his way to make sure we were good. I will definitely be going back here especially if AJ can help me! He's a professional for sure!

  Stellar staff: helped me explore the options for replacing headlights, no pressure, then installed for me… all in less than 10 min. Best customer service experience ever!
