  Carriage car wash is the best car washing place I've ever been to. They gave me a free car wash for my 1st time. Free vacuums and they had sprays and rags to use. Also a free matt cleaning room for your floor Matt's. It was great!!!

  My wife and I have been members of the Sharonville location since its grand opening, with Founders memberships for both of our vehicles. Unfortunately, our experience has become very disappointing. One of the main selling points when we signed up was that we could keep our original membership pricing even if our payment cards expired, as long as we updated the card on file. A few months ago, my wife’s card expired, and we discovered her membership had been canceled. When we tried to update her payment information, we were told we could no longer receive the original introductory price. We spoke with the same employee who sold us the memberships. He acknowledged what we had been told but said corporate had changed the policy. We were promised someone would contact us. Months later, nobody has followed up, and we chose not to renew my wife’s membership. I kept the membership for my truck and still use it occasionally, but the wash quality has declined significantly since opening. Today, my truck came out so dirty that it barely looked like it had been washed. When I got home, I also discovered alarming scratches and gouges in the hood that I believe occurred during the wash. I returned and spoke with the manager, completed an incident report, and had pictures taken. I was told someone would review the footage, investigate, and contact me with their findings. Given the lack of follow-up regarding my wife’s membership, I’m concerned about whether that will happen. I’m posting pictures showing the dirt remaining after the wash and the scratches and gouges I discovered afterward. I will update this review once I hear back about the investigation. As a customer since the grand opening, I’m extremely disappointed with the wash quality, how the membership pricing issue was handled, and the lack of communication.

  I love that all the tools are there to clean the inside once the car wash is over – and for free!

  I’ve had a membership with them since the 2nd day they opened . Today I came in and informed the guy on the register that I sold my car & would like to update my membership to the new car. He said I have to get a new membership which is a complete lie because I’ve switched cars on my account in the past. Terrible customer service . I just canceled my membership & will take my business somewhere else . Would not recommend . That’s no way to treat a loyal member who’s been with you guys since you opened . Guy on the cash register needs to be fired !!!!
