  I am writing to file a formal complaint about an employee at this Subway location. The female employee who was working during my visit was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She spoke to customers with a bad attitude and behaved as if she did not want to do her job. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I was very disappointed by the way I was treated. Employees should treat every customer with respect and professionalism, regardless of how busy they are. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, investigates the incident, and provides the appropriate training or disciplinary action to ensure this does not happen again. I expect better service from Subway, and I hope no other customer has to experience this kind of treatment.

  Here I had a customer threaten to bash my head, call me a foreigner, and say all sorts of racist things to me. I spoke to the manager about it and the second they saw he was white they took his side. He played the victim and the manager called me disruptive for asking for help.

  Only reason why I gave this two stars is because the lady at the front the cashier lady was so sweet and customer service was so upfront. Other than that this probably oughta be a shame of themselves. I went in as a trucker for a shower a female trucker let me add and I opened the shower door. Everything is so small for one; the sink in the toilet and the toilet in the sink. Then when I look in the sink, it is so much hair and shaving and everything else inside of the sink and so much hair around the toilet and what makes it even worse is the toilet seat is up so whoever is cleaning the bathroom see all the hair that is both in the sink and on the toilet…. Is nowhere to sit your belongings so I’m guessing I was supposed to hold my shower stuff while I’m washing my behind. They oughta be ashamed that bathroom was disgusting. You can literally see drums floating in the air. I went back and cancelled my shower cause I refused to clean my body in a area that I don’t even feel deemed is clean

  The showers are small, the first shower i got at night on the 19th, the towel must of been dirty, after getting back to the semi i noticed grease on my lower legs and no I wasn't around anything with grease on it. The next morning I get another shower at 0700 on 06/20, it was dirty, the sink had hair in it from the previous person, the toilette had skid marks in it also, wasn't cleaned either. One of the worst experience I've had at a pilot truck stop. This one is old and badly need of updating or completely demolished then a new one to replace it.
