  This was my daughter’s first experience with purchasing a product for her car without her dad, and I must say the store manager Nick was a pleasant surprise., In my years of experience in dealing with service people, Nick was the most up front honest person she said she ever dealt with. He took the time to explain the whole process and pricing and not once never felt pressured to buy, Nick was very detailed and courteous and explained very thoroughly the whole process. I would highly recommend you visiting Nick and his team …excellent job exceptional service!

  I had a great experience at Tire Choice today! I came in as a walk-in for an oil change, and they were able to get me taken care of without any hassle. A huge thank you to Ethan and Malik for being so friendly, professional, and efficient. They made the whole process easy, kept me informed, and had me back on the road much quicker than I expected. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service these days. I really appreciate the team’s help and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

  Everything started off fine. I brought wheels in to have the tires dismounted, new tires put on, balanced, and new valve stems. I was called at the job was finished. While loading them up I noticed they weren't balanced, I asked the worker about it and he said the balancer broke 1 hour before I came in. They didn't offer up this information until I noticed the tires hadn't been balanced. They then sent me to their sister location to get them balanced. At that time I noticed I still had my old valve stems on as well. So all they actually did was dismount and mount the tires, they didn't tell me that they didn't balance or change the valve stems. Totally dishonest, tried to get away with it hoping I wouldn't notice. I would avoid the Broadview road Seven Hills location.

  This place used to be great. Not sure what’s changed, but I was quoted three different prices for the same service, all within the same phone call. To be clear, the repair needed didn’t change, just what I was quoted over the phone. First, brakes were 229 per axel, then they said 1200 for the brake job, then he said it would be 700-900 an axel. Same person, same call. Needless to say, we cancelled the appointment.

  Mr. Malik is beyond professional! Changed my flat tire and literally went out of his way to put a screw on my undertray shield thats been scraping the ground. I didnt asked for it! Mind you 2 months ago my car broke down and cost me $1,300 from a different mechanic shop said they couldn’t do nothing about it! That i asked them for it! Also Mr. Ethan thank you as well for your great services. You guys are very professional much much appreciated stay blessed yall!!
