  I had my A/C recharged and it is blowing cool air still. Out of the vents it shows 55 to 65 degrees. That temp should be between 35 and 45 degrees. They hooked it up and said it was full...nothing they can do for me. Just checking to see if its full isnt the only way to do this. My van has had the rear air cut off and rerouted back to the front so the amount of freon is now different. I told them that the first and second time I was there but Noone checked the low side pressure or even acted like they cared to put in the work to see why after they charged it ...it still blows cool. I told them that day of the actual charging that it didn't seem cold at all but I was told to drive it. I have drove it but at Temperatures of over 80 degrees it doesn't do anything to cool it off. After a trip to Kentucky last weekend I had had enough and went in to have them recheck their work. Only to get 3 minutes of their time and me being sent on my way to the Hottest week of the year so far to figure it out. This I believe is horrible that Noone seemed to want to help me with this. I felt like I was pushed to the side like what I paid for was worthless. I would like someone to contact me to resolve this issue.

  The Valvoline and crew in Sandusky ohio is by far the best one I've ever been to they are so phenomenal always taking great care of your needs and the engagement is fulfilling. You'll have great laughs and receive top quality care for your vehicles needs all in same setting and the new manager Brian is just absolutely amazing. He wasn't just giving orders to the crew he was hands on working together with them ensuring that every guest/customer felt valued and properly attended to. He definitely deserves a raise. They get 10 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  These guys are fast and efficient. They take great care of me and my car. They are not overly pushy with additional services or products. They don't talk down to me like I'm a girl, but explain things if I ask. The Manager and Assistant Manager are fantastic guys and run a really well oiled machine/business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
