Management and Mechanics have years of hands-on experience, are knowledgeable, professional, respectful, honest, and fair. Service is exceptional. I have been a customer for years, they help me maintain my car. My 2011 Taurus runs like new!
- DJDante J.Apr 20, 20261.0My Wife went to this establishment on Saturday 4/18/26 dropped the vehicle off 1st thing in the morning 2013 Kia Sorento the mechanic advised her that the part was ordered & at the shop ( waterpump & hose) of course I'm on the road working all day no phone call or update from the shop so finally my wife called to shop after 4p to find out the update(s) on our vehicle & the clueless man @ the shop finally advised her that they had the wrong parts delivered ( remember they were not professional enough to let us know) overall, the vehicle remained at the shop all day for nothing total waste of time. However we have located a shop that is cheaper & knows how to appreciate our business bottom line if you want a customer experience that sucks like this then this is your place good luck - yeah I said it.
