  I brought my vehicle in with brake issues. Devin was wonderful. He properly diagnosed the issue I was having and got me back on the road again. Great customer service and knowledge.

  Was camping at Cedar Point and noticed one of my trailer tires about ready to blow out. Found Tire Choice on the web and called what was supposed to be the local number - It was a call center that wanted to order tires and set up an appointment, when all I wanted to do was talk to the service manager about which trailer tires would be best for my situation. 1st rep hung up on me because he is foreign and did not understand my request. So I called back. Got a different foreign rep, but she did understand what I wanted, after trying to order tires and set up an appointment 3 times, before I knew which tires I wanted, and did finally put me thru to the store. Chris answered the phone at the store. Great guy to talk to as we discussed my two options for what I found online. We worked out a good deal and set up an appointment for 2 days later at 9am. Arrived at the shop at 8:50am and Chris was not there. However, the dude at the counter was just as pleasant to deal with. In the process of dismounting my old tires (I carried them in the back of my truck), the only working tire machine broke two heads. The dude at the counter (wish I remembered his name) told me not to worry, as he contacted their sister store about a half mile away. He proceeded to finalize my sale, made good on the inconvenience, and sent me down the street. The folks at Tire Choice were simply cool to deal with and understood my situation 100%. The staff at the sister store, Mr. Tire (of which I am not fond of my local Mr. Tire near my home), came to the garage door as they saw me pull in. These guys were just as great as the Tire Choice folks. Overall, between both stores, these guys not only set me up with a good deal on a 14 ply trailer tire, but also understood my frustrating situation and completed the mission. BTW - the call center is the only reason I did not give a 5 star rating. Y'all's parent company needs to hire reps who listen and understand.

  As another reviewer said, do not use them. Their calls are sent through a call center. And they have a complete lack of organization and communication. We booked a 2:00 appointment. When we showed up, it was closed and locked up. We called again and that’s when we realized it was a call center answering service. They had no answers or knowledge and just hung up when they couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the shop. Use Firestone complete auto -right up the road. *and they answer their own phone to actually speak to their customers.

  If you’re looking for an affordable, honest and caring auto shop, I would highly recommend this one! My few cars I have had I always come here to get a oil change they will always give you the an honest opinion. They’re very caring and care to help.

  Very good service. They even gave me a discount from a coupon that they had that saved me about $49 on my oil change. After leaving I did notice that my tires weren't rotated but I took it back and they did it right away. Everyone here is always nice and courteous. Nice waiting area with the TV if you stay and wait for your vehicle. They even fixed a loose plastic cover that keeps condensation out from the engine which was a quick fix at no cost. I always do like if you have something technical they always test drive the car beforehand to see what it is and also test drive it afterwards to make sure the problem was taken care of. Good work and honest . Always glad to do business with them here. Keep up the good work 👍
