  I want to thank you for saying me thousands of dollars. Valvoline stripped my oil pan plug and I needed to get it rethreated. Other shows were quoating me thousands of dollars to fix it, and Steve and his crew not only fixed the problem but changes my oil for less than $100 dollars. You guys are incredible and I will always be a faithful customer. Thank you.

  The guys were not only super professional, but friendly and knowledgeable! The manager and the redheaded dude were on it! Got some good and sound advice from some true car gurus! They need to buy that shop, because rare breed you got here!

  Made an appointment online, received a confirmation email, arrived, and the shop was closed. Another individual who also made an online appointment was also waiting in the parking lot. Please update your hours and don’t allow appointments to be made when you’re not open!

  Was camping at Cedar Point and noticed one of my trailer tires about ready to blow out. Found Tire Choice on the web and called what was supposed to be the local number - It was a call center that wanted to order tires and set up an appointment, when all I wanted to do was talk to the service manager about which trailer tires would be best for my situation. 1st rep hung up on me because he is foreign and did not understand my request. So I called back. Got a different foreign rep, but she did understand what I wanted, after trying to order tires and set up an appointment 3 times, before I knew which tires I wanted, and did finally put me thru to the store. Chris answered the phone at the store. Great guy to talk to as we discussed my two options for what I found online. We worked out a good deal and set up an appointment for 2 days later at 9am. Arrived at the shop at 8:50am and Chris was not there. However, the dude at the counter was just as pleasant to deal with. In the process of dismounting my old tires (I carried them in the back of my truck), the only working tire machine broke two heads. The dude at the counter (wish I remembered his name) told me not to worry, as he contacted their sister store about a half mile away. He proceeded to finalize my sale, made good on the inconvenience, and sent me down the street. The folks at Tire Choice were simply cool to deal with and understood my situation 100%. The staff at the sister store, Mr. Tire (of which I am not fond of my local Mr. Tire near my home), came to the garage door as they saw me pull in. These guys were just as great as the Tire Choice folks. Overall, between both stores, these guys not only set me up with a good deal on a 14 ply trailer tire, but also understood my frustrating situation and completed the mission. BTW - the call center is the only reason I did not give a 5 star rating. Y'all's parent company needs to hire reps who listen and understand.
