  I’ve come and go from the Sandusky Enterpise for 3 years now. I’ve seen people come and go over that span of time and this team by far has been my favorite. Clear and concise communication with perfect customer service every time. James, you run a great team and have done an amazing job time after time to ensure my experience is stress free and with a smile always. Thank you for that. 5 stars always and each visit!

  Great experience overall. The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my rental. The only issue is that I haven't received my final rental receipt after returning the vehicle on July 20. I would appreciate it if someone could help resend it. Thank you!

  They made the experience pleasant, and helped me through an unpleasant experience with my insurance company. The employees were very kind and helpful, I will definitely go back for my next rental.

  Usually decent to get in and out of with a small wait sometimes. This morning, Saturday, one of their busiest days, they have 2 people in he back AND 1 Person checking the whole lobby in. I've been waiting 30 minutes now. I dont blame the girl working, she's doing the best she can. She's only 1 person. Whoever does the scheduling needs to do better with 📅 more people to check in/out. Not ok at all.
