Maddie was super helpful when returning my rental. The gentleman giving me my rental, I don't recall his name, was also helpful. I addressed a few issues with the rental and Maddie was very responsive. Nothing that ruined our trip at all. Everything needs maintenance at some point. Much appreciated.

We were stranded at Cedar Point after I stupidly lost our only key fob to our car. We had it towed and stayed the night locally. The next morning we needed a car and Enterprise was right across the street! Gunnar was amazing and seamlessly got us in a nice VW Jetta Se with all the bells and whistles, quickly I might add. Had it for a week and walked in and after a quick check in, we were on our way! I can't thank Gunnar and Enterprise enough for saving us that morning. 5 stars!

The only problem with the rental was the Apple Car Play wouldn’t work. We had to use our devices for navigation. Everything else was great.

The girl who was working on pickup and drop off both, did an excellent job she was friendly, efficient, and professional. I think maybe her name was Maddie but I might be mistaken, regardless, she was great
