  I reserved a 15ft box truck since the website stated they had some at this location. However, they in fact did not have any available. But thanks to Adam, he hooked me up with a 3/4 ton pickup truck with an extended bed, and even went as far as price matching for me so that I was still paying the original price for my reservation. Although I had to make two trips instead of one. I really do appreciate Adam going above and beyond to keep my business. If it wasn’t for him I would’ve definitely cancelled my reservation and went elsewhere. Kudos to Adam!!

  Victor and Adam at the Saint Clairsville, OH location were extremely helpful and friendly. I had a breakdown with my personal truck and was able to grab a rental and complete my work in a timely matter thanks to them. I will definitely be using Enterprise again in the future! Couldn’t have broke down in a better location. Thank you Victor, Adam and Enterprise!

  I highly recommend using this company for your rental needs. The customer service is excellent and the trucks are always in exceptional condition with great drive ability.
