  If I could I would give a half of a star. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a vehicle. We had it scheduled and thought it was done. Waited an hour after getting there to get help just for them to call us up. Then had to wait for a manager because the new girl had no idea what to do. Then after almost 2 hours of sitting in lobby they tell us we need 3 forms of identification and proof of address so we ended up having to take our own vehicle to Myrtle beach! I do not recommend this area.

  Absolutely do not recommend, was supposed to have a car reserved, i got there and nothing. I tried to call to confirm the reservation 3 times before getting there, no one answering, the answering service has no where to leave a message or a call back number. And the manager gave about the most beaurocratic B.S. responses you could give. Personally I will never use this location ever again and most likely will never go back enterprise in general. This is not the first time that I've experienced issues with enterprise either.

  The entire time I had my rental (while my vehicle was in the shop from being rear ended) I was on a waiting list for an SUV similar to my Toyota 4Runner. I had an suv half the size of mine. I called repeatedly & the Wheeling office said they had larger ones coming in soon & possibly that day & would contact me later that day or the next. I also spoke with the St.Clairsville office multiple times & again was told on I’m top of the list. This went on for about 3 1/2 wks. This was a big inconvenience to myself & my family as we were in the process of moving our daughter & I didn't not have no where near the space & could not haul a trailer since there was no hitch on the rental & they do not allow that. Enterprise did not reach out to me once the whole duration as they said they would.

  I had the best experience, all thanks to Emma. Ask for her! She’s quick, thorough, kind and understanding. This location is a class act. I couldn’t be more grateful for the help I received.
