  I gave one star because zero was not an option. Worst....Ever.... Service. We took our trailer in to have the roof sealed and to have some warranty work done. When we returned home after picking up the camper, we noticed that along every single ceiling rafter, staples were poking through the ceiling throughout the entire length of the camper. This was absolutely not the case when we took our camper in for service. The kicker? Not only did they destroy our ceiling, but they tried to cover it up with white paint as if we would not notice. And then nothing was said to us. Not one word. I spoke with the service manager and was advised that if something like that happened, he would know about it. Well sir, either that is a false statement or there is a very dishonest service employee who not only ruined our ceiling but also tried to conceal it. Shameful. We were absolutely speechless. How could any business be so dishonest and damage a customer's property without saying anything? I initially made an appointment to show them the damage they did in hopes they would come clean and make it right but after more thought, after they already denied doing damage and knowing that their service department is so horribly dishonest and incapable, we decided to repair the ceiling ourselves. I don't feel the least bit comfortable taking my camper anywhere near their service department. Now for the warranty work they supposedly did. We prepared the camper for our first trip of the year this weekend and what do you know......The water pump they supposedly replaced doesn't work. At all. I am certainly not surprised and equally as disgusted by yet again, shoddy work. This has been one big, expensive mistake to trust Camping World. My advice? Go elsewhere. You will be glad you did.

  SAVE YOURSELF MONTHS OF HEADACHE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! We purchased a brand new 37' camper from here in May 2025 with a 1 year warranty to have any issues fixed @ 100%. We started our camping season in June and had purchased a seasonal sight at a campground. Straight out the gate the air conditioner was not cooling the unit. Called Camper World and it was the beginning of nothing but problems. We had to do our own testing on the ac which couldn't even keep our camper at 85 degrees in the summer, and either choose to get it repaired and leave the site we paid for without getting our money back or rough it, which we did. We bought a portable windowless unit to tey to keep it bearable. Come to find out the ac model for our camper, which was brand new, was defective and discontinued by the manufacturer. Next our battery went dead....mind you they said a brand new battery came with the camper, we looked and it was from 2023! The bunkbeds were rubbing the wallpaper off, the pipes underneath the kitchen sink leaked, our bedroom door no longer could shut, and it wasn't the door...it was the whole wall bowed out. The metal over the door on the outside door came out allowing moisture to get in, without any storm, just popped out. So at the end of the season we took our camper in, around November 10, 2025 to have all the repairs done and here we are at the beginning of another season and our camper still sits up there not done! They contacted us in March, saying the camper was done, we drove there and nothing was done, except for a "supposed" new ac unit. The steel that was damaged, and they assured us was fixed was a totally different pattern and color. These issues were not done by us being careless with the camper, they were noticed when we got our camper on site and Camper World told us to bring it to them at the end of the season to be fixed under warranty. Once again...ALMOST 6 MONTHS AGO!! Please do not allow yourself to be swindled and lied to and GO ELSEWHERE TO BUY A CAMPER!!
