  If you are looking to purchase an RV, I highly recommend working with Dustyn Sprinski. He is a very honest Sales Associate who will answer all of your questions and ensure promises are kept. I truly enjoyed working with him, as he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied I would advise you to be cautious regarding the value of the various warranties offered and the Service Dept. I learned more about my RV on my own than I did during the "Deluxe Delivery Walkthrough." which included inspection of all aspects of the RV. The faucet spout popped off when I flushed the antifreeze out of the lines spraying pink water inside my new RV

  This review is for the service department. We bought a 2026 campsite reserve last Summer (2025) and it was a great experience working with our sale associate. We used our camper 3x and stored it for the winter. Our 1st trip of the year was in May. The first night we got to the campground, we noticed our refrigerator didn't seem cold. We probed a water bottle and it read 41 degrees. The next day we probed some food and it was reading 42+ degrees. We called Good Sam and Forest River, who both talked us through 2 different resets and unfortunately both did not successfully work. We ended up packing our unspoiled food in coolers for the week because our refrigerator would range 38 to 44 degrees. We purchased thermometers, which matched the probed temps. We called Camping World and they were able to schedule us an appt for a service inspection prior to our warranty expiring end of June. They had the camper for a week and they said when they checked the temps, the temperatures were reading normal. When we asked how they checked the temps, they said they were using a infrared gun. We explained our concerns with them solely using an infrared gun due to inaccurate readings - you can aim the infrared gun at varies areas and receive different temps bc we did this also. We asked if they probed any drinks and they said they did put a pop can in the Refrigerator and it "seemed cold." Since they did "all the necessary testing and found no errors" our camper was ready to be picked up. When we brought our camper back home, we plugged it in (we also have solar and 12v battery) and we monitored the temps for 24 hours. Our temps were exceeding 42 degrees - at this temp bacteria can start to grow. We used a meat probe for water and meat, we had thermometers recording the high and low temps and we even assessed the temps with an infrared gun. We called Forest River because we were worried about our warranty expiring and explained our situation. The rep agreed that the refrigerator should have been more thoroughly evaluated, agreeing that an infrared gun would give inaccurate temp readings. He agreed to extend our warranty for 3 months and gave us a list of dealerships/service centers we could try. We were able to contact a service tech who asked us to place a bottle water in the Refrigerator and antifreeze in the freeze. When he came out the next day, he knew the temps were off as soon as he opened the door. He checked the temps, which were abnormal and placed a request for a new refrigerator. The refrigerator he did pull was dated 2023, which apparently is not abnormal. He placed the new refrigerator and it was working well, however, on another trip, we ran into the same issue. We contacted Lippert Service Center who manufactures Furrion refrigerators. They recently completed an inspection and placed a new refrigerator. We are hoping 3rd time is a charm bc this has affected 2/5 trips so far. If we did not contact Forest River after Camping World claimed our refrigerator was working fine, we would be paying out of pocket for all the service and parts recently performed. Unfortunately, even though dealerships might be listed to work on your camper, they might not agree to work on your camper because it wasn't purchased there or they might not carry that specific brand or parts. I would recommend researching the service department's ratings before purchasing a camper from a dealer.

  We traded in a camper they talked us into finalizing a loan even we were going to pay cash they get camper cheaper yes we did was told interest rate was around 9 % had pay 90% of of bill so they could get there commission on sale and went for the loan with a 800 credit score the interest was 13% don't trust them and also they want you pay on loan for 6 months guess what that's not happening going pay the whole loan off never deal with them again other have pick up fith wheel we got and if the try to get you there insurance it will cost another 200 we got our fith wheel got it to camp the ac would blow any air filters was so dirty and the vents do they even check anything I don't thing so the camper was still dirty in different area's you don't notice by just looking don't buy anything from them or trust them just think a 20,00.00 camper going cost you 48.000 not in our book and there not getting a commission from bank payed off cash
