  Several times I have stopped there for parts for my camper. Unfortunately it's a 50/50 chance they have the parts in stock. I have had better results with the local mom and pop rv stores than with the big box store. They have some good things there like cutesy accouterments and accessories that could be useful. But if your looking to maintain your rig you better go online or seek out a more personal shopping experience.

  Wow! I don't even know where to begin. My family and I are currently on a cross country roadtrip. When we got stranded off the highway, we jumped onto the phone with several different people and companies to try and resolve the issue, they all gave us a hard time. Richard and Stacey on the other hand, made us feel like family, they fixed up our RV and had us back on the road in no time. I've never met people so eager and willing to help. These guys truly are heaven sent, without them, we wouldnt have been able to continue. Thank you Richard and Stacey for your hard work and hospitality!

  Stacy and Richard were amazing! We got stranded when a wheel disconnected from our trailer, and they went above and beyond to help us. They fixed everything quickly and safely, and got us back on the road as soon as possible. We’re so grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and fast response during a really stressful situation. Truly outstanding service. Thank you both!

  Terrible service department and custom service. Would ever buy a camper from here again! Never return calls, saying that our camper will be pulled into shop for repair the upcoming week for repair (after waiting least 2 weeks for the parts prior) then dont get a call its ready to pick up for at least a month later (for a simple fit they said) say that inspections are good then end up with water damage not even 2 months later after pulling out of winter storage. (Also getting told was one of best looking roofs seen when purchased( not even a year and half ago) Why offer a warranty package when you dont cover anything on it? Highly recommend never purchasing a camper here unless you dont like to go camping and would rather see it sit in the repair shop.

  I'm writing my review after buying my 2025 WildCat 35 FL off of Camping World 6 months ago (12/31/2025) I'm going to tell you how everything has been going since the purchase. I still remembered the first time I walked in. Nov 2025 and I was greeted by Jerrahn. I asked about a camper that I saw online. He said yep we have it. Went out and looked at it.. Jerrahn did a great job with any of the questions I had. When he didn't know the answer he went and got it from Justin... As this was going I knew the price would be dropping (as long as someone else didn't buy it first) because of it being a 2025 and the end of the year was coming fast. Well after a couple trips I said let do it and them making it a better deal if I would finance with them. With the help of the other Justin we got all the paper work done. I can tell you that they didn't try to pull anything over me. They were straight up a crossed the board. No hidden fees at all. Plus just also told me the best way to take advantage of the savings and I can tell you that it worked. I also told him how I was going to save on the bank charges.. Next they took me back to do a walk through.. Met a guy name Victor.. (he has retired now) and he took me around the camper. While walking around I did find a valve that wasn't working correctly.. He told me that they would have to order a new valve and it would take a week or two to get it.. (that ok because it Dec and I wouldn't be using it till April) The rest of the walk through went great. I would keep the camper there till it was fixed. I picked up the camper in mid January 26. Everything was fixed. Victor also showed the proper way to hook up my new 5th wheel. So mid April comes and I take it to the Campgrounds to get it set up and stay the night. The first time staying in the new camper. So since was the first time I started playing around with all the bells and whistle that the new camper offers. I did find out a couple things. I found out that the main door doesn't shut right. I also found, that the remote for the AC unit doesn't work. I found a window seal that popped loose. So I had to bring the camper back for the 90 day check up that has to be done for warranty. This was also the time I told them about the other problems I'm having.. They said No Problem we will get it ordered and set up to get it all installed. They did say it would take 3-6 weeks to get the parts. Well because of my busy schedule I could get there mid June.. They also told me that it would be a one day install. Same day. So took it in so they could get everything done and guess what it all got done in a day. Will the tech did a great job, he also looked at a couple other little issue I was having and he took care of it all.. Special thanks to Stacy and I'm very sorry to the other Service gal who made my day enjoyable and kept me informed while work was being completed on my camper. I know Brandi has since moved on but she also helped me a lot. Yes I would use Rossford Ohio Camping World again.. Thank you Rossford Camping World. Ron
