  I gave one star because zero was not an option. Worst....Ever.... Service. We took our trailer in to have the roof sealed and to have some warranty work done. When we returned home after picking up the camper, we noticed that along every single ceiling rafter, staples were poking through the ceiling throughout the entire length of the camper. This was absolutely not the case when we took our camper in for service. The kicker? Not only did they destroy our ceiling, but they tried to cover it up with white paint as if we would not notice. And then nothing was said to us. Not one word. I spoke with the service manager and was advised that if something like that happened, he would know about it. Well sir, either that is a false statement or there is a very dishonest service employee who not only ruined our ceiling but also tried to conseal it. Shameful. We were absolutely speechless. How could any business be so dishonest and damage a customer's property without saying anything? I initially made an appointment to show them the damage they did in hopes they would come clean and make it right but after more thought, after they already denied doing damage and knowing that their service department is so horribly dishonest and incapable, we decided to repair the ceiling ourselves. I don't feel the least bit comfortable taking my camper anywhere near their service department. Now for the warranty work they supposedly did. We prepared the camper for our first trip of the year this weekend and what do you know......The water pump they supposedly replaced doesn't work. At all. I am certainly not surprised and equally as disgusted by yet again, shoddy work. This has been one big, expensive mistake to trust Camping World. My advice? Go elsewhere. You will be glad you did.

  Had amazing customer service from Sales Manager, Justin W. And Salesman Erixson M. Listened to concerns and made sure everything was taken care of! If you are looking for a new or used camper, these are your folks!!

  The service department is awful. We bought our brand new camper in June paid extra for warranty. Took the camper back for the 90 day warranty check and there were many things that needed repaired. the service depart ment had the camper for over a month and no call from them, I called and they stated that they were still waiting for the warranty work to be approved, I told them we store our campers so we would need it back to store it. Then in January we get call stating the warranty work was approved and for us to bring it to them. I stated that we could not get it out until April. We then took it back to them on April 3 and stated we would need it fixed by May 2 they stated it would not take that long and we would get it back before then. I called on April 18th and the girl told me it was not even started yet and she would email the tech in charge of our work. On Tuesday I called back and after several messages left our tech called back and said it would be done they would put a rush on it. On April 24 my husband it sitting at Camping world waiting. The girl tried to tell him that electric hot water has to be tested with gas. What??? And no one can tell us what is going on and why the repairs are not done. We will not be back. We will get our warranty work done at another camping world. We live 2 hours away and this is ridiculous! If I could give zero stars I would.

  We had a great experience purchasing our 2025 Forest River Wildcat 35FUN. We worked with Dustin to put a deal together, and he was absolutely amazing, could not have asked for better experience. The very nature of purchasing a camper is time consuming, and the dealership did a great job with having everything ready for us and it went about as smoothly as it possibly could have. The management team worked out a good deal for us, we came all the way from TN to purchase our camper. The techs did a good job installing our washer/dryer and doing the PDI, so everything in the unit worked as it should for the trip home. I'd recommend this Camping World location to anyone as the staff were great, providing the best experience and the best price we have gotten. Again, I totally recommend Dustin in sales he will take care of you.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! We purchased our new 37' camper from them in May of 2025 with 100% of any issues to be fixed by Camping World under the warranty. We paid for a seasonal lot at a campground and started our camping season. We immediately realized the ac unit was not even cooling our camper at all. During summer it would maintain at about 85 degrees with ac on. Contacted Camping World repeatedly. Come to find out after MANY phone calls that the ac unit was discontinued by the manufacturer. We used a stand up air conditioner to cool the camper during the day and at night when the sun was dark, the camper ac would be alright to cool...as long as the sun was completely gone and it was black out!! As the weeks went on more stuff started defecting. Our battery went dead? They told us it was a brand new battery, but the sticker on it said 2023. LIED!! Our bunks in our suite were rubbing the wallpaper off due to poor craftsmanship, our bedroom door no longer would shut because the WHOLE WALL started to bow, the metal on the outside by our awning came lose, kitchen sink pipes leaked. We were assured that we could bring in the camper at the end of our season and all repairs would be done. We took our camper to Camping World early November 2025....WE HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT BACK BECAUSE THE REPAIRS ARE NOT DONE....ALMOST 6 MONTHS LATER!! We were told the repairs were done in the late February so we went ther eto pick it up, but thank God we made them go with us to check it out before signing off. NOTHING WAS DONE!! They said the ac unit was replaced, which we will be getting on the rood to check prior to leaving there next time because after learning they have a class action lawsuit for fraudulent activity...this all makes sense. Our walls weren't fixed and when they did finally "fix" the wallpaper it was a totally different color than the rest of the walls. 1 strip of super light paper like a skunks tail. And we wait..... I had written another review prior and received a reply via google, and it was to email a "vip" address, which is totally BOGUS also. No reply. DO NOT BUY HERE, TAKE YOUR RV TO GET FIXED HERE, OR EVEN STEP INSIDE THE DOOR. This company scams people. Here my family is almost 6 months later paying for a camper that the company has had longer than us! No winter camping, or spring more than likely, all because they are swindlers.
