- LMLynn Mason2 days ago5.0Always friendly. Got me in and out in a decent amount of time. Explained and informed me of everything
- AMAmanda MillerOct 2, 20265.0Amazing staff that alerted me that my previous mechanic was a liar. Can't wait to deal with that separate issue. They definitely won me as a life long customer with their honesty and genuine concern for their customers! I appreciate you all!
- DNDane NestorSep 21, 20263.0Had some trouble with a tire mount and balance service not being completed. I brought the car and tire back in and Jay did an awesome job getting it taken care of and taking the issue seriously. I've always had great service here in the past and this is the first issue I've had with them. I really appreciate Jay going the extra mile and seeming genuinely concerned about fixing the issue.
- APamerie carla pollosoSep 19, 20261.0I just wanna make a comment about this shop and give the lowest review if I can! WE WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. So, if you dont know about car PLEASE, PLEASE AND PLEASEEE. ... dont bring in BELLE TIRE at Rossford. They tell you that everything is done and you pay for it even they didn't even do any service. LIAR, UNTRUSTWORTHY. UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I feel bad about other senior or people doesnt know about car and they will take advantage on you. Shame on you who ever is working in here!!!
- JJJ-RomSep 19, 20261.0For the love of god do not go to this place especially when you d0n't know about cars or serviced that they provide. They charged for me a service that they never provide or did although they reimburse it after i talked to their Manager Martina and show her my concern. They can't be trusted. Take your business somewhere else.
