  The staff at the Broad Street location is friendly and knowledgable. I have been coming for just under a year and I am starting to recognize the staff. It's a great sign that there isn't heavy turnover. The service was convenient and quick. Thank you.

  Was there 3 hours. For oil change air filter and fuel filter. They broke sensor wires on fuel filter. Had to drive across town to get part ect... Couldn't get air to bleed out of system. Turned into a show.

  Always have a great experience with quick service here. My engine developed an oil leak the same week I had my oil changed (it ended up not being a result of the oil change). I opened a case with Valvoline customer service and received a call from the manager immediately. They invited me to stop by the same day. They thoroughly assessed the engine and determined the leak was not caused by the oil change, and advised the general area that it’s coming from. They were kind enough to top off my oil before I left. 10/10 customer service and a great crew of people at this location.

  My customer service experience was not good. " Welcome to Valvoline " nonexistent!! I wasn't welcomed and didn't feel welcomed like the old crew used to do. "Hello sir how may we help you today?" NOTHING ! I didn't get nothing! All I got was raise your hood and open your door. My tires didn't get checked, fluid levels didn't get checked, air filter didn't get checked. Customer service sucked. My experience was horrible! Where is the former crew?

  Ok experience the guy that was under my hood was a little woozy I had to tell him to put air in my tires which was crazy now as I think about it hopefully he did the fuel injection. When I pulled up he asked to go under the hood didnt tell me to turn my car off I waited a minute to see how long it was going to take for him to tell me to turn off my car. Some of these guys to realize some of us women know a lot and by me being a CDL trainer I was paying attention to a lot of the things he was doing.
