  I went yesterday. I kindly asked a tech that was leading me out if they could fill my tires (something they are supposed to do anyway) He rudely groaned, said nothing to me, walked past me and begin filling them. He was obviously annoyed. I stopped him after tire 1 and said just never mind. I was sure to let him know that he was very rude as he walked past me again not acknowledging me and begin leading me out. I’ve been going for years and they just lost a customer. I was pissed and will never return.

  Quick and efficient. Not pushy, but talked through all the options. No pushback when I said no to an option which I liked. Was serviced by one of the managers and two mechanics/techs and all were professional!

  I was in one lane vehicle in front of me was having more done than expected. They ask the car beside me to backup moved me ahead. The first time for me. Was in and out in no time.

  Hezekiah, who completed my oil change, and Charles, the manager, were absolutely top tier and a definite upgrade to this particular Valvoline location. I’ve been coming to this Valvoline because it’s close to home and have experienced both good service and some subpar service in the past, but these two gentlemen truly stood out. As a veteran and someone with a maintenance background, I’ve developed a pretty good sense of who really knows what they’re doing. Hezekiah and Charles clearly know their craft and gave me confidence that the job was being done right. They were professional, thorough, and made the entire experience smooth. I genuinely believe the standard they set is one the rest of the team could learn from. Because of the level of service they provided, I will definitely be returning, especially in hopes of having Hezekiah and Charles work on my vehicle again. Great job and much appreciated!
