I walked in when the team was extremely busy and the wait for service was almost 3 hours. You would have no idea based on the energy of the team--- they were pleasant and polite. Not once did I get the impression I was inconveniencing them. This is the difference between "meh" and great service. I will be visiting James and his team again!

I give them a zero star if possible. So I bought my car in two months ago. Unfortunate situation came up with my husband needing surgery and not being able to walk. Needing full support and obviously him not working. Unfortunately I ended up not being able to afford the tires and they did give me the car back and took off new tires which was fair. I very much understood that. My main issue with this was that Taylor said basically I screwed him over on tires. 2 that were cheapest I ask for. I am like thinking you got tires backs. I am one with sick spouse at home. Who had surgery the price of brand new sports car worth for his surgery. Nope I definitely got worse sir. When been fine if James said I was being charged for a lot fee. I am one who had to get bank of car in involved because James told me they were charging me a lot fee of 35 dollars a day. I had money for tires. Not 35 a day for a 2 month for a lot fee. I had to contact my loan company over issues with not being able to afford my payment and 4x amount of my regular payment that I owed for lot fee. + the tires. The loan company informed me they could get car for me. That some shops pull this when they get payment for repairs right away to try take possession of the car. Since I was not behind on car payment and this would cause issue for them with the loan. They would help me. They said they could take car pay shop add to my loan. That sounds good to me. Which I was beyond grateful for. How bad it is right, can afford 2 gs for lot fee and tires and all other bills. That a nope. Also there is no reason James should be addressing me as little lady. I am sure he would not like to be addressed as little boy. They physically gave me car back, which was a big win. But as I drove car back, The gas light was on. That not how I brought it in. Also trying to get car home. Didn’t even make to Gas station 🤦♀️ Car ran out of gas.😱😩😭🤬 There was gas in the car when I drop off. The car is full spiderwebs. It smells like mildew. If you want disrespect keep going here. As for me I stick with Firestone. I tried them because they were close and I was warned by my little brother. Lesson learned Also get in writing when one person said you won’t be charged for lot fees and another person says they are charging.

These guys are so nice and kind and professional! Although I was expecting my tire to get plugged because my tire light kept coming on, it was a HUGE shock that all four tires needed replaced. I had no clue that factory tires rarely make it to 50,000 miles before needing to be replaced. I'm like WHAT?? Clearly manufacturers aren't making tires like they did 20 or 30 years ago. Just another way for corporate America to take advantage of the public. It's so frustrating!! Anyway.. There isn't anything I can do about it other than suck it up! The guys there made the pain of the knife going in my heart less painful! I would highly recommend these guys!💙💪

I went to Tire Discounters to get rear brakes put on my 2019 4 Runner. I was told it would be 1 to 1.5 hrs. 7.5 hrs latter my brakes were done. I questioned if the brake tech knew what he was doing and was told he did. Two days later my wife was driving on 270 with 2 of my Grandchildren and her brakes went out. Luckily she didn’t wreck. I had it towed to Tire Discounters on Broad street. The rear brake caliper was hanging down. The service manager said the bracket was never put back on. The bolts were there but no bracket. I left my 4 runner with them and they fixed it and it now has brakes. The Broad st location was great. If you need brakes think twice before you take it to Tire Discounters in Reynoldsburg.
