  The service and experience at this location is elementary at best. After installing new tires, it took them four attempts at an alignment. At no point did they test drive the vehicle to ensure it was properly aligned before returning the keys. After the fourth alignment, my car started making a pop/clank sound from the rear axles when turning left. They took my car for multiple test drives, recreated the sound, and looked at it for over 2 hours. Then the GM brought me my keys, told me they don't know what's wrong, and advised me to check with a competitor. I had to contact the regional manager, who sent me to a master technician at the Polaris location. That location determined the Broad St techs loosened the rear passenger side toe arm, which is insanely dangerous to drive on and can cause permanent damage if not properly fixed. I'll never return to this location and likely will never work with Tire Discounters again. If you are going to work with Tire Discounters, go to Polaris (Gemini) and request Will.

  Great service!! Fast and efficient. Tires were more expensive than I wanted them to be, but needed them asap.

  Made an appointment to get 4 tires at 8am. Got there and made sure I was the first in line(more on that later) With the 4 tires came and free alignment and oil change. Come 2pm no update so I called. Tires were on just waiting on an alignment rack, hopefully have it done by close at 4pm. So I'm there to pick up the car at 4 and doing the check they give me a certificate for a free alignment because they couldn't get to it. For 8 hrs they had my car to put 4 tires on. No calls, no updates just a certificate to come back. On top of that I didn't get the certificate for the free oil change. This is the second time that I feel my appointment was for nothing. I made a previous appointment for an 8am oil change. Was there before 8 but I wasn't standing at the door like another customer(maybe they knew something already) But I was going to wait since it was just an oil change. It was an hour and a half before they even checked it in let alone get it in the bay. While this is the closest tire shop to me there are plenty of others nearby that I'll be shopping around for better service not just tire deals in the future Edit: I did end up getting a text message with an oil change coupon

  Chelsea was amazing! She walked me through the process with enthusiasm and efficiency! Having just come from the tire place across the street and didn't even see anyone for 20 minutes, she was truly amazing. Thank you!
