  I had to take my Lincoln in for rework on a front wheel bearing. The team charged me nothing and took care of the problem on warranty.

  I went to Tire Discounters at 8197 East Broad St, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068 to get a nail out of one of my back tires and fix another flat one and they charged me $310.40 for it and the following day driving home from work my car started shaking then my check engine light started blinking and my power steering light came on, I called to see what they did because my car has never done that before I took it to them and the man on the phone started yelling at me that they didn’t do anything but replace the two back tires and that all my other problems are nothing to do with what they “fixed”. Do NOT take your car here unless you want to have to take it to another shop to fix what they did!!! Talking to some neighbors about it I have found out this isn’t the first time they have done something like this to someone, they will take advantage of you and mess up your car and take no accountability.

  Steer clear of this place. I had all 4 tires replaced here in January. Despite booking in advance online for specific tires, they didn't have them at the shop when I got there. Later I realized they charged me a courier fee to get the tires from another location. They also didn't replace a tail light that I requested. I was annoyed with this experience, but went on with my life. That is until I took my car to my mechanic a couple of days ago for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic discovered that all of the bolts were cross threaded. One of the wheels was so bad that they couldn't even get the tire back on. Nobody else had touched my tires since I had them replaced by Tire Discounters. I was then treated like an absolute inconvenience and never once offered an apology. It would have been one thing if they would have acknowledged the mistake they made and actually cared, but they obviously didn't. To top off a terrible experience, when I came to pick up my car this morning, the hub caps were off. They just left them in my passenger seat. Absolutely awful customer service. I will never be back.

  I made an appointment for 8:00am and was the first one there and they didn’t get my car inside until 9:30am. They were just changing a tire pressure sensor and I didn’t get out of there 10:45. Then they forgot to give me my tire lock and I had to go back.

  I just visited your store on East Broad in Reynoldsburg, Ohio to get an air check on my tires. I met the most amazing young man, Keaton! I said “Keaton I will be back and I’ll ask for you!” He’s very personable, knowledgeable and didn’t present a high pressure sales tactic in which I so. Kudos to DT for hiring such an amazing young man.
