  Great experience at Grease Monkey in Reynoldsburg. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation, and the whole visit was smooth from start to finish. Lorenz and Dewayne took care of me and were both incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They walked me through everything, answered my questions without rushing, and made the whole process easy. Owner Brandon was fantastic as well, you can tell he’s built a team that genuinely cares about doing right by customers. On top of that, I was given a great new customer discount that made the visit even better. If you’re looking for a shop that knows what they’re doing and treats you right, this is the place. Will definitely be back.

  I had a great experience at Grease Monkey for my oil change. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me in and out quickly without making me feel rushed. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on services I didn’t need, and made the whole process easy. The waiting area was clean, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future oil changes. Highly recommend!

  From the owner to the crew were cool. Good customer service. Informative and inclusive during the process while being quick. Did more than i expected as well. Had an appointment to get to. Which prompted them to be even quicker than expected with quality service. They helped me look better arriving to it lol.

  I was greeted as soon as I drove onto the lot. A young man escorted me inside and gave me a bottle of water and the TV remote. My oil change didn’t take long, again I was escorted to my car. Thank you to the gentlemen that was working when I went just dropped in, no appointment.

  I can't say enough GOOD things about this location. Besides the unbeatable prices, all of the guys working here are GREAT! They didn't try to over sell on me and they took the time to explain everything very throughly so I could understand. 5 stars isn't enough for these guys and I refuse to take my vehicle anywhere else for now on. Keep up the great work and customer service. Thank you!
