Great customer service!! I had a $30 coupon which made the price normal, but without it I'd say it's too expensive

First time going here the location on main Street in reynoldsburg. The service was really good and the manager was very friendly and helpful. My car actually needed a part that was seized up dealing with the oil cap and the filter because I had neglected to change the oil in a while and the manager actually went and picked up the part and installed it for free just charged me for the part and also gave me some other discounts. I went to Valvoline and they literally wanted to charge me almost $200 for an oil change because I have a BMW but I went to this place and with the discounts it was almost half the price. I would definitely go back very friendly service

Stopped by to get my oil changed and had a great experience. The staff was very kind, the prices were great, and the service was excellent. What really stood out to me was the pride they take in doing a good job and making sure you leave knowing everything was taken care of properly. Thanks to the Grease Monkey team—job well done! I’ll definitely be back.
